Upon arriving I was giving a bedroom for 4 people even though I had only booked single room, so there room size was great for one person and there was no extra charge. I have stayed here a couple and location is great, plenty shops and parks and 10 mins walk from Victoria station. I am absolutely disgraced though that people have been leaving bad reviews at this place, 5* star hotel

Hotel location is excellent, is old style hotel a bit worn out nevertheless room are good size and comfortable enough, windows easy to open fully for fresh air. Good enough if you're on low budget but don't expect cozy rooms. I stayed for two weeks with no problems and will again if need to be around.

Great location and all basic things ”
It was amazing stay in London. Yes, it is not luxury hotel, but all we needed we've got. The cattle, cups, hot water - the main things. It was no cleaning in the room for 5 days, but it's not a problem to take out the trash by ourselves. We are from Ukraine and the receptionist was very friendly to us. Thank you.

The room itself was ok. but the ensuite was poky (Can feel claustrophobic and there was a water leak that made tiles wet, so floor mat would have been nice) But no lifts in the building. But if you looking for a quick book/stay with having to go to meetings next day in neighbourhood this is ok.

If you need a place to stay with good connections and just need basic room and do not mind the old furniture, worn out bathroom, etc, this could be for you. Price cannot be beaten, but this is perhaps not for a romantic holiday.

This was my third or fourth stay, I work nearby and choose hotels according to availability. The Corbigoe is excellent value with an element of randomness. This time I had a refurbished room, genuinely tasteful and well done. The room was clean, the stairs and landing outside not so much. Tiny TV with no remote, which I never did get to work. I was quite cold, the radiator didn’t seem to work and was anyway small and far from the bed. It was the first day in the job for the young man at the desk, he was charming and keen to help but hadn’t been properly briefed on where everything was kept. So in summary, don’t expect perfection at this price, probably avoid staying in winter, and be prepared to show some initiative. Finally, do bring a universal plug for the basin - it’s always missing.

There is a hot pot and bed and bathroom with shower. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating. It is a moderate hotel and unique. I was in Room 4 on the ground level.

If you are looking for a cheap, clean, safe place to stay in London, this is a good option. While definitely 'faded', the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean (albeit a touch mildewy) and the reception staff were helpful. It was a bit noisy on the ground floor from people in the room above and the receptionist receiving messages. But I slept well and would consider returning.
