Dear Cordis Hotel Team, We spent 2 nights here in room 3139 for a family staycation and everything was excellent. From the moment we stepped in, we experienced nothing but kindness and great hospitality. The rooms were very tidy and comfortable. This is our first time here but we received such high quality of service and attention to detail. As a hotel connoisseur, I can say Cordis Hotel is probably the best one that I’ve been in so far. My family and I would like to express our gratitude to the whole team with special thanks to Kitty in concierge and Dan and Suebe in the club lounge for an amazing and pleasant stay. Although b fast buffet has not many good choices but still fine coz the manager there are very helpful to assist us what we wanted. Definitely will come again. Wonderful hotel”
Without doubt one of the favorite hotels we have stayed in. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff. Elsa Hui -Reservations at Cordis Service Centre went out of her way to help with our booking, when Elsa knew it was our golden wedding anniversary a very special treat of finding a bottle of champagne a beautiful cake in our room on arrival was delightful. The breakfast was wonderful something for everyone from the freshly squeezed juice bar to the chef cooking your eggs to order. We had booked a room with access to the exclusive club lounge. Enjoying stunning views and exclusive club lounge privileges with unlimited internet, evening champagne and delicious bits to eat made the stay very special. The second day we did a walking tour of the area with Ian a concierge from Cordis (recommendable!). We really enjoyed walking around the area and Ian explaining everything to us. What excellent hospitality A wonderful start to our very special holiday thank you.

Great stay with Cordis Hotel and fantastic service by Mark Baje. I felt more than home Hospitality- Absolutely great service by Mark and the team. Loads of little surprises throughout our stay. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Club Lounge- Biggest tip: Club access is a must! Felt extremely lucky to have booked a Studio Room with Club Access. Wonderful and cozy rooms in the lounge with breathtaking view. Friendly and attentive staffs. All day free flow alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (sparkling water, different types of beer and wine, different types of coffee and teas). Extremely tasty snacks and finger food. Afternoon tea, cocktail reception and sweet treats during certain hours of the day. Walking around the 36 floor as if it’s your own home is literally more than what you expect from your stay. Try to look for the keyword ‘club’ in the reviews, I’m definitely not the only one recommending it. Room- Perfect view with automatic curtains, marble decorated bathroom, king sized bed and cozy couches. It’s definitely a dream room and dream bathroom in Hong Kong

Warmest Hospitality, Clean, Convenient”
The location is just next to Langham Mall and of walking distance to MTR. The hotel is quite big, rooms and bedsheets were clean. I would also like to compliment the staff's service attitude, as they greeted the guests with a warm welcome. They were very kind and compromising to arrange with me beforehand for cake to be delivered to our room for birthday celebration. We were all very surprised that they even gave us a bottle of champagne, a handwritten card of birthday wishes from the staff and offered free breakfast for two! We are very grateful for the staff's kind arrangement. Definitely going back to Cordis again! Thank you Cordis!

Wonder Experience”
Wonderful experience for the staycation in CORDIS. We decided to spend our Valentine’s Day in Hong Kong. Therefor we browsing from the Agoda and found that there have a special promotion for Valentine’s Day in CORDIS. The location of the Hotel is very convenient as there have a large shopping Mall and MTR station nearby. Thus, we confirm the booking in CORDIS from 14-Feb-2021 to 15-Feb-2021. On that date, we first go to Alibi for our lunch at around 11:30. When we come out from the elevator we first see a smiling face. Although we all wearing mask due to COVID-19, we can still see the happiness from the entrance staff-Marcus. We follow the staff to our table and start to choose our meal. During our lunch, the staff-Leo keep serving us with smile. After lunch, we choose to go to the shopping mall nearby to spend our time before check-in. When we back to Hotel Lobby for Check-in, the manager -Jackel introduce us about the hotel facility briefly. We enjoyed the day inside the room.

We stay in this hotel for 3 nights, it was a really great experience. The hotel location is excellent it have a direct connection to a big mall there you can find anything you wish for and it's really nice especially when you come in the evening. all the staff was really kind for example the cleaner named Danielle except from the cleanest of the room she make sure that even our charge-cables will be wrap nicely and another example was the guy (I'm sorry but I cannot remember his name) in the concierge that help us to move our table in a restaurant and in the day after he recommend us on a very good local restaurant food like we asked for.

I would like to give compliment to the reception counter staff called Krystal. She is very friendly and make guests fill comfortable and can havegood conversation with us. She is attentive to details. Another staff called Lois Ho from Cordis Service Centre also provided excellent service throughout our stay. Superb Hotel Stay...Not going to consider other hotels in future”
Our first stay at Cordis Hotel. Was greeted by professional looking & English speaking staff that greeted us warmly upon checking in. The process of Checking in was a breeze and fast. Love how clean the rooms are and the strategic location of the hotel with the MTR and shopping mall just a stone's throw away makes it another plus for us. Lastly ..the hotel has kindly provided some complimentary items as part of our wedding anniversary celebration. Appreciate the kind gesture. We will definitely return to stay on our next visit.

The Best Service!”
One of best hotels I’ve been to. Best service! It’s the little things- friendly staff, very clean rooms, complete amenities. Our room wasn’t available at 2pm so they gave us free drinks. I left my eyeglasses and they placed an eyeglass cleaner. We left our cables and found them with Velcro winders to keep them neat. They had big while towels! Location is best for shopping and eating. Will definitely go back despite the hefty price.

an oasis in the middle of a bustling area”
Getting to the hotel involved a 7 mins. walking from the A31 bus stop. but the moment we found our way to the hotel lobby, it was bliss. Check-in was smooth... view from the floor to ceiling window was excellent, being surrounded by buildings. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast buffet food was delicious, the location near the Langham Mall was excellent. All praises for this hotel.

Fabulous hotel ”
Fantastic staff throughout the hotel made our stay perfect. With the current unrest in Hong Kong we were concerned that our two night stopover would be stressful. We were delayed due to airport problems but landed to no evidence of any protesting. On arrival at the hotel very late at night the staff were very welcoming & informative. The hotel is stunning & the room & views were outstanding. Location was perfect, the metro & shopping next door & walkable to museums too. Staff advised where any protests may be & we used the metro @ walked in the city with no problem at all. We made the most of the hotel rooftop pool which was a very welcome cool down ! Highly recommend this 5 star hotel in every way.

Best location ever”
Very satisfied with this hotel. Check in and check out is so fast. Room is clean and tidy. Everyday they always put more mineral water after cleaning the room. And the most we like is location. Connecting with langham place, sneaker street, ladies market, and lots of restaurant and food stall. We surely come back again to Cordis, when we visited Hong kong again

Excellent location, nice staff, great service and good food”
Location is very good, hotel lobby entrance floor connected to Langham Place shopping mall which is next to Mongkok metro station. We booked one-bedroom suite was on the club level, room is spacious, highly recommend to book with lounge access, so you can have drinks and snacks from 6am to 10pm. Swimming pool was nice on the top floor which could enjoy sunshine. We tried 3 restaurants - Ming Court, The Place and Alibi during our stay, food is good. It was a wonderful staycation.

Extraordinary Hotel”
My teenage daughter and I stayed at the Cordis for 2 nights. The experience was exceptional. Starting from the top of the hotel and working down by level....1) The rooftop pool is relaxing with beautiful views. 2) The Club Level services on the 36th floor made our stay an over the top luxury. From the expansive breakfast buffet to the afternoon tea to wine tasting, evening sweets and night caps....the value for this up charge was well worth it. The hotel is connected to a large upscale shopping mall which offers lots of dining options. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.

Nice hotel at a great location ”
Hotel is clean, well maintained and located at a very convenient location. Connected to the subway through a shopping mall. Staff were excellent. We had a little problem with the water drainage in the bathroom, however it was solved very quickly by the attentative and friendly staff very, very quickly.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and very impressive, definitely a place you feel good to return to in the end of your day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good, close to MTR station and it’s very easy to get whenever you want. We got a local phone that helped us to get to know the city better and planing our days. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel but the hotel is connected to a mall where you can find many optional places to eat in. The facilities in the hotel are excellent! We liked the Gym, it was more than we expected! The ruff top swimming pool is good and enjoyable. We had a very good experience and we recommend on the hotel. The only thing that bothers us was the size of the room that was a bit small, and not enough lighting.
