Cute & Homey”
The Cordova Inn is perfectly located in the midst of downtown with lots of entertainment options within walking distance. We were there on a Saturday night and they offered a nice cheese/meat/fruit plate with complimentary wine. Sunday morning there was a variety of danishes, bagels and small box cereal to eat plus coffee, tea and juice. The only thing that wasn't ideal about this adorable little Inn was parking. There is a small lot right next door but you have to pay $10 even as a guest. There is a parking garage just around the corner for $7. Either way, as a hotel guest there should be parking accommodations for at least one vehicle per room that's complimentary. Other than that, our stay was great!

Cordova Inn”
It's an older hotel, downtown St. Pete so it has lots of personality. Great location. Were able to walk just about everywhere. The girls at front desk are awesome!! So nice and friendly!! I will stay there again.

Charming and great location”
Pros: price, location, amenities (wine and cheese at 5pm, free breakfast), quiet, comfortable bed, clean room Cons: parking was complicated and was an extra $12 for our one night, our room was disappointing--very spare decor (not in a good way) and rather run down with harsh lighting and no water pressure in the shower Overall: while we were disappointed with the room's lack of ambience, it was serviceable and comfortable. The rest of the Inn was lovely and the location couldn't be beat, with a nice Pour House next door and a tasty all-night diner on the corner, walking distance to the bay and great food. We would stay here again.

Excellent”
The location is perfect. You can walk downtown. The staff is awesome, very helpful and friendly. The room we were in was clean but smelled like mold. It wasn't pleasant. We could change rooms, but we were there only for 2 nights so it wasn't worth to move to the 3rd floor on our last night with 2 kids. (there are no elevators) If you are looking for spending more time out for an affordable price this is great. You may be luckier than us and be placed in a better room.

Great location”
We really enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect. So much is nearby - food, museums, parks, etc. The only time we used our car was when we went to Tampa. The rest of the time we walked everywhere. Never felt unsafe at all. The area is well lit at night. The inn itself is really cool. We were in 211. 2 comfy beds, clawfoot tub. Never heard any sounds from other guests. We'd hear vehicles pass outside but nothing too bad. The porch is great, we both spent a lot of time sitting on it, having a drink and reading. The staff we interacted with were nice. We'll def return in the future.

Beautiful building in a fantastic location. ”
Location was perfect. The room we had was a little run down and definitely not what was expected from the photos online. The room was small however the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely tiny and not the best shower. Our room had a vintage telephone in it which may look good - but it made a noise every half hour or so like a small ring and didn’t stop ALL night so we didn’t get much sleep because of it - very frustrating. Check in and check out was simple and the wine and cheese at 5pm was a nice addition. We didn’t take advantage of breakfast so can’t comment on that. All in all it was what we needed for our one night stay, minus the annoying telephone!

It’s a really cute little historic building (house like) had a very slight haunted feel but did it’s job for a one night stay. The manager was so sweet. The location is awesome. Everything you need within walking distance. Keep in mind that it is a boutique hotel.

The staff was very accommodating, the water in the shower was FULL PRESSURE AND HOT and didn't run out in 5 min! There could have been more proper lighting in the kitchenette area. The sink was WAY TOO SMALL, barely any space to wash up or put belongings. There WAS NO TUB in my room, but it was still ok. God bless all there. I'll most likely be staying there again. The parking lot situation was not good! The LOT itself NEEDS to fixed by whoever owns it.

Quaint place, no frills but quiet ”
The shower was weak and the room was small. The air conditioner made a buzzing noise every few minutes, sounded like an alarm. They lock the front door often which we found weird. They said the free breakfast was from 10-11 am but wasn’t. Not good for extended stays but for a day or two it was ok.

Room needed upgrade. Paint job needed on doors. Stark. Not one picture on the walls. Had old fashioned tub/shower which was herd to get into and slippery. Nothing to grab onto. I understand there are rooms with walk in showers and perhaps the clerk should have offered this when she saw we were seniors. The tub was quite tall and I needed help to get in and out of it. Good thing I wasn't alone. The windows were painted over so that you couldn't see any light. Dark shades covered the windows. It was a funny feeling not to be able to see outside. The location was excellent so it was a shame the room was so depressing.

love the happy hour meat and cheese plate with wine. breakfast was sufficient, comforable bed, good smelling bathroom amenties. staff is wonderful but not present after 8 pm. wifi not so good.
