Great Hotel not so much the breakfast”
On arrival the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, the room was warm and clean with tea and coffee facilities too. The downside is the breakfast. It's listed as continental, it isn't. A choice of ham, cheese, bread and a toaster with cereal, and a choice of juice and hot drinks. Wasn't what I was expecting but maybe my expectations were high. I would definitely recommend the Corner House for its location, especially for Camden Market, which is about a 20 minute walk and Kings Cross about 28 minute walk.

I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel. It was absolutely spotless, located in a really convenient position, approximately 15 minutes walk from Camden town.The room even had its own fridge. We had a room at the back, so traffic noise was not so bad. Breakfast was simple:toast,cereal,cheese,ham & jams. Really good value for money. I can't actually think of any negative points. I would definitely visit again.

Perfect location for shopping in Camden Market/Lock. I partied hard but no matter what time I came home there was someone on the front desk to let me in. Lovely and clean. Worked perfect for me.

Great Budget option perfect for a stop over ”
This hotel is really good value and as a no frills option is perfect . We arrived early and our room was ready so we were able to book in , we could have left our bags otherwise . The room was small , clean and comfortable . Bed and bedding really good and shower more than adequate . Some of the furnishings look as if they've seen better days ... but considering the price not worth complaining .. everything worked tv fridge etc so that's enough for me. If you are going to a concert st the O2 forum KTown then this hotel is a perfect place to stay

Great room for the budget traveler who isn't going to spend thier holiday in the room. Yes the room is small, but still plenty on room for luggage, beds and have some moving around room. Some reviewers complained about the breakfast...its no American all-you-can-eat buffet, but its enough to get your day started. The location...not my favorite, but was doable. It's a 15 min walk to a tube station and not a whole lot around, restaurant wise. But a 15 min walk and your in Camden or Kentish with all the shops/restaurants and markets!! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, I felt safe in my room, I would definitely suggest this place to other budget travelers.

Lovely hotel..but more like a guesthouse”
cons...... we didnt get that wow factor ie they couldnt do enough for you.....in fact they caouldnt do anything for us re requests, securing our cases, changing rooms, stayinmg on in rooms and the breakfast was the same every morning with little variety no fruit or yughurt or eggs. sort of a little stern reception matron type attitude....although night porter was more than friendly. our room was cosy...nice duvet and tv on wall was good..fan in room also was great...fridge wasnt the best.....traffic noice outside but didnt bother us....shower had unusual handle controls wasnt used to...so be careful you dont scald yourself...brought this to the attention of the receptionist who explained how it worked......stairs steep...lobby could be more welcoming little coffee/tea bar could have been opened....i know its london but i felt that what we paid for 3 nights there for a double room just wasnt worth the price i paid...particularly with the same breakfast every morning. we saw fruit stalls in camden town for little

The hotel room is very clean and I am impressed with the cleanliness. The hotel is near to some underground and overground station, besides that there are bus routes run in front of the hotel. However, there is no accessible access for disable.

We were apprehensive when we saw some of the reviews on other sites but needn’t have worried. We had a great stay. The room was good, clean and spacious. Good bathroom and everything we needed for a two-night stay with a toddler. Friendly staff.

Compact Hotel with larger rooms than normal”
the hotel had 24 hour reception and friendly staff. the rooms were much larger than expected for a north london hotel at the price. breakfast was a rather poor continental style and was identical every day. rooms were very clean but the daily upkeep was questionable. overall, a great place to stay for those with a limited budget.

The corner house hotel was ok, standard accommodation for a budget weekend. Although near Camden station, it was not a 5 minute walk like stated on the website. Also, the shower was very temperamental and the best was very loud and uncomfortable. The cleaning staff never bothered to knock the door when they wish to come in and change the sheets, which resulted in my partner having to hide under the bed covers because they burst in the room without knocking. Apart from this the hotel was fine!

Average hotel with decent rooms”
Quite a distance to walk to the hotel from the train stations. Narrow stairwell with quite steep steps, have to be really careful especially with big and heavy luggages going up and down to rooms on the upper floors. Traffic can get quite noisy on the main road even at night; try to avoid staying in a room facing the main road. Receptionist was nice enough to offer us the option, but we took the 'noisier' option either way.. I'd rather a view! Free breakfast was simple too, I also appreciate the customer service from the staff at the hotel.

Where is the lift? Disability access??”
I wrongly assumed that there would be a lift. The room was on the top floor, 5th, which is beyond a reasonable number of flights. My partner has M.S., which is why we chose the hotel as it was close to the conference centre.

Rooms were large, staff nice”
We stayed here for 1 night to be close to a concert at the electric ballroom (15 min walk) it was an ok room, wifi was good. Staff were friendly and had no problem when we checked out slightly late. Hotel was pretty expensive for what it was though.
