Thia hotel served halal food for moslem”
Stay here for 1 night, I choose this hotel because they served halal food so easy for us as moslem to eat, the choice and the taste of the food is good for us. The location not too close to the center of the city but ok for everyone to take a bit walk. The hotel near to the sunworld office if you want to go to fansipan legend with cable car. The bed & bath room is big so we feel comfort while stay there. The weakness of this hotel is the kettle in the room was never cleaned so it got dirty and moldy, so disgusting and fail for us to make a tea when arrive.

The hotel has a good location and we had a wonderful view from our terrace. However, the hotel is a bit old. The room smelled terrible when arrived. Breakfast was quite poor - only noodles and omelette (one day) and omelette with bread the other day.

One of the worst experience”
When I arrived in the hotel, the staff told me that my booking was not the superior with mountain view, Agoda used the wrong information. They blamed Agoda for using their name, posting random photos of the room and choosing a random price without discussing with them. Thus I was forced to stay in a Superior with no view with no apology. I was frustrated and confused. The room was small and the window opened to a wall. It was really loud sometimes at night. Totally disappointed!

Nothing is good ”
This place not recommend at all. 1. Photos in websites and actual totally deferent 2. No 24hr front desk 3. Rooms not clean 4. No break fast. But that sale room with breakfast I already complained to Agoda. All Agoda hotels are very poor. I never select Agoda again

Speechless.. Unforgettable Misery..”
I have arrived at the hotel on the required date. Upon check in, I was so upset and shocked with condition of the hotel and mostly about the room that i have booked. The condition is really bad, hit by the moody smell and there were stains at the bedsheet. Bed also with a rocky condition + a stinky smell came out from the room. Toilet condition was just “so-so”. Communication is really bad as the staff can't really talk in English. I have met with the receptionist again and decided to talk to the hotel's management. Unfortunately nobody is picking up the call as the main office located in Hanoi. I just go out & find out other places were much better than this. I don’t know how this hotel can have a positive review. Location is within walking distance to several main spots in SaPa. For its Halal food, i have tried for once. Tasteless. Since looking for Halal food is difficult in SaPa, you just need to eat what been served. My words of advise, think wisely before you’ve been “trapped”.

Breathtaking views”
There is only hotel serve halal food in Sapa, fantastic view from the room. Friendly staff from the front caunter until the restaurant. When i book the hotel stated no view room but when i check in the hotel give nice fanstatic view , allowed to check in earlier as i reach sapa early morning from hanoi, thanks for hotel staff

The only hotel serving Halal Food!”
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly & accommodating. Halal buffet breakfast is a big plus that we choose the hotel. We arrived early morning from Sapa Train & was given a room an hour later so we are able to freshen ourselves. We really appreciate this as we are able to explore scenic Sapa. Will definitely come back here for our next trip.

Dlions restaurant excellent”
Having searching that cosiana hotel is the only hotel whod serve halal food so we choose to stay here during our trip to sapa, the room average, but the restaurant excellent, i like order food for lunch or dinner in the restaurant, is very tasty, and big portion, the location near sapa station, and only 15 mnt walk to the lake

We stayed at the Suite Room with Awesome balcony. The view was extremely beautiful, especially sunrise & sunset time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Next visit to Sapa we will make the same decision of hotel staying.

Ok hotel for Muslim traveller”
I only pick this hotel because, the restaurant dlions provide halal food, and it is so hard to get halal food in Sapa. But the staff at the dlions restaurant is very disappointing. There is fly in my drink, i asked one of them to change and she gave me the black face. She come back with new drink and roughly put on my table. Simple, I talk to their Manager, and hopefully things changed. The other staff are good, only one in the restaurant has bad attitude. One day before we check out, they dont come and clean our room. I hardly bump into other tourist in this hotel, they are not a busy hotel (maybe low season) and i was not sure what are the reason they cannot clean our room.

One of the best in Sapa”
We booked a family room with one extra bed. The room was spacious with walk-out balcony overseeing Sapa mountains. The breakfast was nice and the staff was helpful. But the bathroom was not clean with stained floor. Overall, it was a great hotel in Sapa.

Could be better”
Location is good as you are able to see the mountain from your room. Compared to Cosiana in Hanoi, this one in Sapa is smaller and the staff here doesn't really speak English so before you come here, its better to equip yourself with some Vietnamese. I'm not sure if it is the norm here, but during my stay here, power trips always occur. Sometimes its only 30 mins, sometimes the whole night. Especially bad if its during winter and you want to have a nice hot bath. Haha. Other than that, food and staff are friendly.

Located conveniently at sapa town we could easily find it. Room is not too big but clean. Especially enjoyed their restaurant food which are surprisingly cheaper than outside shops!

Room with the view!”
Though it's just one night stay but I could feel myself fully charged with the beautiful landscape in front of me!!! This place is truly peaceful corner of Sapa and I wish I could have more nights for my next visit, love it! There's also electric mattress & heater provided in the room, value for money & time!!!
