Worst hotel”
Motel is better than this hotel, i was booked in a family room which is adjacent to the lobby and the staff talk like they are in a jungle as if they are always shouting, they know there are people in the room next to the lobby. The room smells like sewage and i am hearing the water running through the pipes. Here are some observations 1. the staff are not accommodating, 2. the steps going to the toilet is very high, 3. there is no cabinet that I can hang my clothes, 4. no bidet, 5. small TV (it is like 14in only), 6. the walls are just improvised, you can see lights passing thru coming from the lobby, 7. the rooms smells bad 8. pipes running from other rooms ends in my room which i hear the running water passing thru the pipes 9. the floor is dirty 10. the bed sheet is not fitted to the mattress 11. the staff have no concern if they annoy the guest by their noise 12. i waited for almost half hour to confirm that i have a booking wherein it is in their inbox

1. I've seen better hotels at the same price or lower than this crap. 2. Elevator was not functioning during the second day. 3. Airconditioning did not work well. 4. Heater not even functioning well. 5. Pillows are uncfortable. 6. Linens are not smooth. 7. Unresponsive to chats/emails. 8. 12pm check out Namin at aware kami dun sa Dallas Namin mag check in. 11:30 pa lang inaapura ninyo na kami ipacheck out at Sabi 10 minutes na Lang? 9. This was my 6th time travelling to manila before going to the US and never Ako nagkasakit. Ngayon eh may lagnat, ubo, at sipon na? Are you even sanitizing your rooms?

The room smells of cigarette. TV doesn’t work. The bathroom bowl does not have a seat and the water pressure is abysmal. The hotel room barely qualifies as a room. The only thing commenadable about it is the airconditioner.
