resort is beach front but the beach is not ideal for swimming. the location is inside a village where too hard to find public transpo. not safe to walk at night because there are lots of dogs outside and no street lights. the staffs are not so friendly.

Not a good place to stay”
This place was very disappointing!! There were cockroaches , spiders in the room, no cable/tv, they don't follow the right reservation or agreement, the water heater doesn't work, the toilet flush doesn't work either. My family almost got locked inside the room because the door knob was broke. They have to give the key under the door so a person from outside can open it. There was no generator so we have to use the bathroom or take a shower in the dark!

Experience Summary”
1. no chef available and we have to walk in the dark to have dinner. 2. no curfew for videoke machines. we had a hard time to sleep. 3. it took them an hour to serve the "silog" (hotsilog, longsilog and tocilog) breakfast. 4. TV's in the room are not working. 5. no exhaust in the CR. kudos (5 stars) to Ryzo who is very accommodating to our concerns.

Best suited to Back-packers”
Office staff could not find our booking upon arrival. Proprietor got involved and found the booking, but initially said they were fully booked and did not have a room available. Proprietor then said one room is available, but it is not the type of room booked, and does not have hot water or TV (there is an old TV in the room, but it wasn't working at the time of out stay). I asked if full price applied, and the proprietor said 'well, you've already paid for it, so that's the price". The establishment did not seem too concerned that the room we have booked and paid for through Agoda was not actually available. Having no option but to proceed, we checked into the room. The room is very basic. It had a simple double bed with foam mattress. The bathroom, likewise, is of the most basic standard. It had not been cleaned thoroughly, for example, there was black sand from the beach all over the bathroom floor. There are no towels or other basic items, such as toilet tissue. There is also no seat on the toilet, just the bare ceramic rim. We asked about the restaurant, but we were advised that it had been closed since the tsunami some months beforehand. We were also told that the hotel did not presently have a cook or chef. In summary, this establishment is not for anyone who requires normal hotel accommodation. It's only saving grace is its position. Best suited to back-packer style travellers who are happy with the most basic style of accommodation, and an operator that appears to be completely disengaged from the general standards of the hospitality business.

Worst resort”
No hot water as promised. No tv reception. No restaurant close or place to eat in the resort. Beach is dirty full of shave wood, surrounding the resort are dirty. Tables are filthy.

Room 202”
It was not what we were expecting, the room are too small,no TV the cable was disconnected, no WI-FI in the room 202. The resort was empty, no way to change the room to have a better. The staff is nice and try to satisfy your request. Boring place at this period of the year, it is ok if you want to have a party but not to stay. If you want to eat you shall go outside 6 to 700 meters to find a restaurant where price are acceptable Our stay was forecasted for 4 nights but after 2 nights we decided to leave.

An overnight stay for my family”
My first time. It was the only hotel left with available rooms. My fave hotels were all fully booked. Upon check in, they brought us to a very small room that is obviously not for a family. They only realized that i booked a family room when i complained about the room. (Common sense coz we are 5... 3 adults, 2kids)

Nedtur ”
Vi hadde sett frem til denne turen men fikk en stor nedtur. Først møte med resepsjonen nedtur. Møte med rommet nedtur. Skittent. Bildene lyver så MYE. Må være fra tiden det var nytt. Ingenting stemmer. Alt i alt Dårlig!
