Nhìn chung sạch sẽ, có bếp nấu đủ dụng cụ (nhưng du lịch Hải Phòng ai lại tự nấu!). Vị trí ko gần nhưng cũng ko quá xa trung tâm (Hải Phòng nhỏ nên di chuyển đơn giản!). Nhân viên nhiệt tình và giúp đỡ tận tâm. Khu vực dễ chịu (yên tĩnh) và nhiều hàng ăn, dịch vụ... Khách sạn nên thay mới dép đi trong phòng!
