The location is good. The staffs are friendly. There is transport arrangement by Cottage Pastorale from station to the place. Free bicycle to ride surrounding. Very helping staff and assist to post my forgot item all the way from Japan to Malaysia.

Host is very nice, fast response in email reply. The house is very clean and new renovated. Suitable for self driving. Cross the road and you will reach the lake, nice photo shooting for Mt Fuji.

Good location. Near Maple corridor and a photo spot for great view of Mt. Fuji. Nice, new and super clean house. Provide pick-up service to and from Kawaguchiko station.

Good for families because it is a whole house although there are more individual charges on top of what Agoda advertises; we paid JPY 8,000 more than the advertised rate so one needs to be prepared prior to arrival; staff can fetch you upon arrival at the Kawaguchiko station since the place is not near the station; make sure you can communicate via email on your way there; there are free bikes to use to move around the area which was nice; if you are going to visit only for a short while, this may not be worth the expense especially since check out time is at 10 am but the owner gave us until 10:30 am during our stay. In total, it was not a disappointment.

The best view of Fujisan just across the road. You can see Mt.fuji on 2nd floor of the house. I can stay in the house and sip some warm drink all day long. Great service, the owner offered to drop us at bus stop where we can catch the bus to lake saiko. Totally perfect will be back for sure my parents love this place.

Very nice little cottage. Can view Mt fuji from 1 of the room window. There is a nice setting outside the house where u can sit and enjoy the scenery. Owner wad very polite and nice. There is a big fat cut cat :)
