    exceptionaly bad experience, could not even stay the full planned lenght so we checked out earlier.”

    parking is easy.
    old, rundown, very dark, AC unit unbearably loud like a jet engine. There are way better option in the MIAMI BEACH itself where price per night is very comparable but both location and building is much much better. Avoid at all costs, look for better options. pictures are mislewding, this is a very sad rental.

    The AC unit is too loud. I think they should fold all the towels instead of hanging them, it looks like someone else came to use them before, they were clean, but it looked like.

    A beautiful place to celebrate as a couple”

    The Cottages El Portal is an amazing place to stay. Having a small apartment, centrally located with a full kitchen makes vacation feel like a home away from home. Staff were friendly and prompt. From sending messages to simply saying good morning. Parking on site is plentiful, and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The Patio outside was great for a romantic dinner "at home". Lounge chairs are out for sunbathing, courtyard was stunning. We will definitely will consider the Cottages again when returning to Miami. We traveled as a couple for my wife's birthday.

    it was perfect and quiet! I definitely would rent again from them.
    The property was actually great! but it would be nice if there was a way for customer service or a phone number for you to call to speak to someone. We did have a hard time finding the apartment number and also the pass code to get access to the key! good thing maintenance was there he was able to call the owner and they explained to me a couple apartment numbers were changed. But I don’t think if the maintenance man was there I would have had a hard time with communication! other than that, it’s a beautiful place to stay at.

    The location, parking, quietness, the place is so cute, green, fresh air, nature all around, the fountain in front of my unit. instructions to get there and into the unit .
    The price is too high for what is inside. No coffee, no sugar. Walls need paint, it needs a bit warmth. Walls are too thin, you can hear the next guess sneezing.

    The location was exactly what I expected for the value paid. It was central, the access to the property was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet.
    The facilities themselves were relatively outdated, but I didn't have high expectations given the price paid. Overall, the biggest improvement could be to the bed and linens which were incredibly uncomfortable and would be almost unbearable for longer than a couple night stay.

    The cottages were very quaint and well equipped. They were also very convenient for our trip which was for a wedding as the venue was nearby. The Courtyard was very pretty
