Cozy, cute & affordable - the best!”

I never write reviews but this honestly may be my fave hostel of all time. Very tidy and cleaned daily, safe and on a quiet back street, spacious rooms with lots of natural light and balcony and only 6 beds for dorm which is ideal, 10 minute walk to backpacker walking street and a bit longer to many local attractions including War Remnants Museum, and most importantly, the staff are beyond lovely. Their English is limited but if you show patience and kindness, you will be rewarded with the best side of Vietnamese culture on their part. If I come back to HCMC, with no hesitation I would stay here again!

Great place to stay”

A quieter, more homely type of accommodation, this Homestead was a lovely place to come back to at the end of the hustle and bustle of each day in HCMC. Having walked through Bui Vien Walking Street a bunch where most accommodation is, I can certainly appreciate the quietness of the location this Homestead is in. Also very centrally located, I was able to walk to mostly everything I was wanting to see and do.. The staff were lovely also, and I met some really cool people there. Definitely would recommend.

Great, central location in a quaint street. Lovely decor, friendly staff, clean big rooms. It's a quiet side street, but slightly loud because the walls arent the most sound proof. there is a cocktail bar across the way and noisy bird outside our window. Other than that, its an adorable place.

Such a great place for solo travelers! Convenient location and tucked in a quite corner. I can pretty much walk everywhere I needed to go. nice stay ”

Really nice stay in Coucou homestead. Pretty clean for a backpack hostel, place is clean everyday. 6 bunk beds room is good, with climatisation and privacy once in your bed. Every beds have light and plug, good point! Didn't see the breakfast but didn't ask neither. Workers really nice and smily. Situated in a quiet street near everything you need, very recommanded

Best place to stay at the noisy Saigon. The place is located at a very peaceful street. Room very cozy. good breakfast included at the price. Althought the staff don,t speak a lot of english, they try to do their best ;)(that's why we pointed with 4 and not with 5. Totally recommended!!

Perfect location”

This is a calmed hostel, staff do not speak fluent English but are so nice and helpful. I would have appreciated to have breakfast included and a better pillow, but appart from that I recommend it, location is perfect!

A well located hostel/hotel in Saigon with incredibly helpful staff”

Pros:- Good location for all tourist sites. Fairly easy to find suitable road crossings if you are nervous of the manic traffic! Also hotel in very quiet street. Good location for affordable eats & drinks.There is a small kitchen at the hostel if you want to DIY. Room clean,decent size with shared bathroom. Staff are superb. Quiet and so helpful.Helped arrange taxis.Gave advice on taxi prices. Nothing was too much trouble. Cons:- None.
