    The best and kind staff”

    This review is especially for the hotel staff (a very gentleman) that is really kind and considerate, helping me (a foreigner who does not speak Japanese) solve the park ticket issue. I have checked out the hotel already and I went to the public car park (which does not belong to the hotel) and I found I lost the car park ticket and I can't speak Japanese so I did not know who I shall contact with. I got back to the hotel and told the staff about my problem. In fact, this was beyond his duty but he figured that I need some help with translation. He walked with me to that public car park and helped me with the translation. It took him a considerable amount of time and effort to eventually make the issue fixed. I really really much appreciated his kind help beyond his duty. After I drove out of the car park, I did not have a chance to repay him for his kindness. I would definitely revisit this hotel (and hope he is still there so that I can tip him with a gift or something). I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

    Rooms are very tiny. I booked for four people including 2 children, but they gave me a room that was for two people actually. The tiniest room I’ve ever availed. Although the location and staffs are good.

    Made the reservation with sale price three days two nights with about 6000 yen was a reasonable deal and comment of my stay is this price is fair enough. Location is fine, not excellent especially considering the hot summer weather and only a few buses each hour Cleansing in the other hand was not very satisfying, a few hairs were found when I first entered my room and also after routine cleansing I could find hairs again. Noticed those were(supposed to be)my hair but I expected a slightly better cleansing service Others are find, staff were kind

    スタッフが親切、アットホーム”

    旅行支援を利用して格安で素泊まりしましたが、クーポンが前回と大幅に変わった事をかなり丁寧に教えてくれました。部屋や水回りは値段の割には良いです。お風呂が少しカビ臭はありましたが許容範囲です。ロビーに電子レンジもあるしホテル内から吉野家へ行けます。Wi-Fiも問題ありませんでした。ただ一つ難点、空調が微妙で足元が冷えます。冬の間は膝掛けをもらうといいかもです。気取らず1人で気楽にに過ごしたい人には良いホテルだと思いました。

    綺麗で、設備も揃っていて、スタッフの対応もよかったです。 唯一残念な所はウォシュレットがいままで見たことがないような物で出てくる迄にかなり時間がかかるし勢いもなかったです。
