We enjoyed our stay at Country Inn Hotel and Restaurant very much. I would recommend this place to friends and would definitely book this hotel again if ever I’ll go back to Santa Ana. The staff are really awesome and very friendly, they serve great food at affordable price and you have plenty to choose from. The place is really relaxing and it’s very near the beach. Over all it was really worth every penny. 👍🏻👍🏻

Country Inn is a bit far from the town center but it can be easily reached by tricycle. Food was good and had huge servings. Eating in the huts by the sea was nice but maybe adding some sort of an insect net would make the experience better. We booked the family room and it was spacious. Bathroom was spacious as well. The leopard blankets didn't go with the beach themed decor but our main issue was the lighting. Room was a bit dim. Perhaps an upgrade to LED lights is needed. Staff were very accommodating. They even arranged for a commuter van (UV express/v-hire) headed to Tuguegarao to pick us up in the resort. Also wish the staff taking orders would be more knowledgeable on the menu. Overall, staying with Country Inn was nice. Will stay again when in Sta. Ana.

Country Inn won't disappoint you...”
My best friend and I stayed in Country Inn for three nights and the experience was fulfilling! The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They even helped us in finding a boat and contacted them. The staff knows what they are doing and gives the best recommendation. We don't have to look for another restaurant to eat, they have it all. I think the highlight of our stay in this hotel was when we ordered a "spicy crab", it was really good! We ordered an extra rice! The room, bathroom, staffs, foods, and security is really a value for money. Keep it up, Country Inn!!!

We stayed for 2 nights. The first night was in a dormitory room which i will not recommend if you have young children (it was a last minute booking). We felt uncomfortable with the set-up of the room and the two bathrooms/toilets were cramped and not cleaned well. The family room on our second night was clean and smelled good. Food was okay and affordable. Staff were courteous. They were however slow in serving our food. The beach was okay. You will not appreciate it if you've been to beaches in the visayas. Overall, though, we had fun at country inn.

This was our first trip to northern Luzon. We left from cauayan isabela by car and had a lovely drive to Sta Ana, a small fishing community popular for their islands shown on The Survivor television show. The hotel was tucked away from the main town and sat directly on the beach. The sounds of the waves were very peaceful and were heard no matter where you were in the hotel. Our room was one of the most cleanest we have experienced throughout our travels here in the Philippines and I recommend this place to couples and even groups up to 18 as they can cater to both. The staff was very friendly and professional and were always around to help. The food tasted amazing and we tried to eat everything on the menu but there was just too much to choose from. The presentation of the food was equally as good as the taste, ceramic bowls for the shrimp “sinigan”, beautiful platters that consisted of multiple dipping sauces and classic Filipino dishes if you are feeling local. Best Experience”
This was one of my best hotel, motel or inn experience. After a long drive and more so coming out of a bad hotel stay the previous night was heaven sent. The staff from the owners to the employees from the receptionist to the dinning staff were very welcoming. They made me and my two companions, welcomed, valued and appreciated for choosing to staying at their place. Getting food and other orders and requests right just as we wanted was also an experience that was beyond our expectations. I would strongly recommend this establishment looking for an hotel accommodation in this part of the great country of The Philippines.

The only problem ws the experience in the water..it seems it was a bit dangerous especially to the children and to people who don't know how to swim..it's "mabato and biglang lumalim ang buhangin"...can't complained much about the weather because it's expected.it's summer...but overall, our stay in Country Inn Hotel was nice and recommendable.

The hotel has some room that were large and worth the value we've paid for. We do not expect this type of room in a very secluded area in the Philipppines. The owner is very nice and is customer friendly. She makes decision on the spot to accommodate customer requests unlike other hotels that staff cannot make decisions that creates uncomfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel on the beach”
Staff and service was good. Easily accommodated our family of ten. Restaurant food was tasty. A grill was available which made family gathering even better. The only issue I would raise is that when room was serviced it was haphazard with one day of no service at all. All in all stay was a good one.

Comfortable and quite pretty - but confused”
We really had no idea what to expect, given that Sta. Ana is a very small place in rural Philippines. We were surprised to find a nicely maintained resort, with pretty decor and a really nice outdoors area. We stayed in two different rooms - lower end and mid range. The bedroom part was good for both rooms, with comfortable beds - none within range for the Reception area wifi though. The bathroom for the lower end room was not great and smelly, but decent for the mid range room. We had a very comfortable stay and the place is basically "in town", but at a brown sand beach a bit off the main road, so it's quiet. As comfortable as our stay was, it was also confusing and annoying. Our single biggest problem was the food, which was simply not well cooked. As seems to be the case often in Philippines, you also don't get much else than meat - just meat, and not much veggies. We specifically asked for more veggies instead of meat (which is also much cheaper), but that didn't work even though the staff said they would take care of it. The staff was not very attentive in general, so we were a bit annoyed over the service level. Another issue is that there is no correlation whatsoever to the "room types" advertised on Agoda and the ones they have listed at the resort, so it's impossible to know if you get what you actually paid for. We talked to the owner one night and made sure to point that out. All in all, we would probably stay there again if we visit Sta. Ana again!

My only minus is that the shower stall walls/tiles and glass doors are moldy and not clean at all. I wish hotels really tell their cleaning people to brush their bathroom walls and not just the floor with bleach and detergent, or whatever they use to clean them..Because it's yucky to see the previous occupants soap splatters dried on the shower walls and doors.

Room for our family of four was spotlessly clean and very spacious. We very much enjoyed taking meals and relaxing in the "bahay kubo" set just at the seawall. Common areas were very attractive. Diverse meal options were delicious. Friendly and helpful staff helped us avail ourselves of local island hopping services to visit Palaui Island and Anguib Beach where

Highlight of our trip! ”
We loved staying here and actually wished we could've stayed longer. The whole place was clean and cozy. The location and view is A+ and the customer service was A+++. Our loft was big and well kept. It really did feel like home.! Everyone is so friendly and approachable. Staying here was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We would love to come back and maybe even stay longer than 2 nights. I was raving about this place to my friends and recommeded that they stay here the next time they visit Philippines. Love, love, love this place!

Great staff, just okay food and room”
The place was easy to find and it works considering we came from a pretty hectic schedule. The room is clean but it's very basic. Shower pressure isn't so great. It is in front of the ocean and you can dine in one of their beach-front patios. Food at the restaurant is just okay, nothing special. Overall, the staff are very nice and accommodating. Though I was a bit disappointed with how they answered my questions about our Palaui Island tour. Probably not a good source of info on the tour, we could've missed our tour if we didn't already have a tour guide.

Very reasonable price but far from port”
Price for the rooms are very reasonable especially if you are a group sharing a room. It's far from the port though and not that accessible to/from the main road. You'll end up just eating at their restaurant instead of eating out because the other establishments are a bit far. But the food is good though. Suggestions: please do something about your "brewed" coffee.

Best hotel and service in town”
Excellent facilities and staff. Stayed there two nights and staff went out of their way to please. Just one of several examples, I asked my laundry be done within 18 hours for my planned departure, my clothes were returned in less than six hours dried and neatly folded. Food Was excellent.

Nice and accommodating staff but bathroom was defective”
The staff were very helpful because they immediately attend to your requests. Room was fairly clean too. However the bathroom was defective. The shower door was falling and rusty.
