My family stayed here for the UF Open House and UF Tour. This is a great hotel, the hotel and room were very clean and the staff were courteous. The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again when in town.

Suites have a good amount of space and main beds were comfortable. Front staff were friendly and helpful so really great experience. However, the rooms look very dated, furniture and dark brown colors make it feel really out of date and that can definitely use work.

Staff friendly. Clean rooms and breakfast was generous and plentiful and there was a staff member there for help with anything you wanted. Right off I-75 little road noise not bad.Close to every restaurant and shopping want a Texas RoadHouse and Cracker Barrel Restaurant adjacent to property.

Quick trip for business”
The hotel was a good location of us. Our room on the 3rd floor was very quiet. The beds are comfortable and clean. The towels were adequate and clean. The room was dusty. The bathroom and shower was clean. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We would use this hotel again.

First of all I have to say the clerks at the counter are always nice. The breakfast staff are awesome and do a great job in making sure everyone is taken care of. They even took the time to say hi and good morning and to make sure everyone's favorites were available. They were the highlight of our visit. I have stayed here numerous times and the rooms have always been super clean and comfortable. This time there was dust all over counters and shelves with small white bugs crawling on them and ants climbing up the door frame of the bathroom. I notified hotel staff and asked for a refund for the first nights stay and agreed to stay in the room due to them not having another one available if they cleaned it thoroughly and got rid of the bugs. The manager saw me the next day and apologized and said he would have pest control come in and that he was only going to refund me only $25 for the first night. I also went to use the hot tub and it needed a good cleaning.

Smelly”
The lobby and facility look very nice. Signs say recently renovated. Our room was another issue. Obvious it had old carpets and fixtures. We got in too late to bother going back downstairs to move rooms. We were tired. But it smelled like smelly feet. All night. Terrible night. No sleep.

The " online discount " room I got was room 214. It's at the top of the staircase from the lobby. ”
Cont. - Do not plan on sleeping in. You can hear every voice in the lobby. I was awakened at 6 am by guests and staff talking. Nice room though and a great bed. Wish I could have slept longer.
