We stayed for 5days -24th to 28th Feb’20 . Our stay was very good and the property was very serene. The resort is very beautiful & warm & welcoming. It’s very close to the beach and the main market area of Candolim. Everything is very close by & at walking distance. I would give a 100/100 for the Staff. To begin with the reception- Pranay was very helpful and courteous, he got us to settle in well. At the restaurant the service was excellent- Prashanta was very courteous and gave us an exceptionally good service. He ensured service on the table for my parents knowing that they are old and can’t move around much at the buffet. He, very carefully, noticed and took care of us with the food service daily. Housekeeping are on their toes be it whatever time in the night or day. They are at your service.

We were a big group and we had one small child with us of about 18 months , and the staff were so helpful and courteous all the time even though sometimes its difficult with kids around , they didn't say no to any of our requests. The rooms were spacious and clean and housekeeping was prompt and even room service was super fast. Last but not the least, the restaurant that they have downstairs , Mosaic , had the most amazing food that we had on the trip , our entire group was shocked at the fact that the best food we ate was at our own hotel. The breakfast spread was quite good too , but it was standard. Anyway, we had a really good experience with this Hotel and would love to stay there again. Thank you.

Break from house arrest 😃”
It was a much needed break after year long staying indoors due to COVID. And we weren’t disappointed as the stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson was simply amazing. From their attendant at the lobby, to housekeeping and people at the restaurant all were very courteous and super quick in responding to our requests. Breakfast had great spread. Menu at the restaurant can have few more options to order for lunch and dinner however whatever they served was of top quality and great taste. Great help from Piyush as well at the reception. Thank you! All in all a great stay as the hotel is at the walking distance to the market, candolim beach and lot of good eating joints in the vicinity. My son is just 16 months old and it was our first outing with him. He had great time playing in the children pool. Pool was nicely maintained as it was closed for a year and was opened up just few weeks before our trip. Go for super deluxe rooms as they have swimming pool view and large in size. The staff is very warm and of helping nature. They starve to make your stay very comfortable. Overall, everything about this Hotel was excellent and real value for money. I had only one disappointment. One night, I ordered Chicken Biryani and it was a disaster. But I would give it a benefit of doubt as some time something may go wrong. I am a frequent traveller to Goa for business. And will definitely stay in this Hotel only.

This is nice property in quite locale couple of lanes next to busy candolim road. Rooms are clean and well furnished. From desk staff is welcoming and Room service is good and promt. Got complimentary water bottles and breakfast is good. They can serve hot food on request. Pool is good and clean and small garden for kids to spend time. Prefer 3rd floor pool facing rooms.

Being my first family trip to Goa, stay at Country Inn followed by breakfast, lunch and dinner at Mosiac was an awesome experience. Entire Restaurant staff ( especially Saroj, Dipti, Rama, ) are polite, humble, down to earth, helpful, smiling face, and what not. Front office boy is so helping, caring, with a smile on his face.....These guys made our trip so memorable and impressive that cannot be expressed in words. Food quality, quantity, service everything was marvelous. The property is nicely located, walkable to Candolim beach which is one of the most pleasant beaches in North Goa. All the staff members were extremely polite and catered to all our needs with a smile. Rooms were clean and well equipped, though minor things need maintenance, but nothing major to be concerned about. Swimming pool was well maintained and clean. Natasha at the reception was very helpful and addressed all our queries and requests with a smile. On requesting, we were given complimentary upgrade to Pool View Deluxe Room (obviously this is subject to availability). Housekeeping guy Aros did a great job with room cleaning and catering to small needs. Breakfast at Mosiac (Restaurant) had wide soread of options (combination of American and Indian breakfast). Nishant at the restaurant was also very approachable and catered to everything with smile. Overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend if you are planning to stay in North Goa.

Good experience. Celebrated my wedding anniversary at the hotel, they provided a complimentary cake on that day. The food is good and property is nice as well. Good service by the staff. They even arranged for the airport cab at very reasonable rates. Location of the hotel is very good as well.

Me and my wife had stayed at this beautiful hotel on 14th and 15th February. I had booked a deluxe pool view room. Surprisingly we got complimentary upgrade to Business / King Suite. Our suite was very specious, neat & clean. You will fill really special by the hotel service. Hotel staff was very generous. Very tasty and healthy breakfast was served. There are plenty of options to chose from the menu. Needless to say, breakfast was included in booking price.

The property is located in the main area of Candolim and all the shops and local cafés were just at walking distance The property was big and green. We are three friends planned a weekend on the go trip to Goa and booked the country inn & suites by radisson. We reached the hotel by 9. Though the check-in time is 1, the hotel management was generous and helped us to check-in by 10 as the other room guest were vacating. The breakfast buffet was awesome and staff was available on call all the time. the pool was well maintained and we could have our snacks by the pool side which needs a special mention. They also helped us with a car arrangement while returning back to airport which was early in the morning. Not but not the least, a special mention to agoda as we got a deal which is 50% less than the nearest competitor. Thanks Agoda and Thanks Country Inn and Suites by Radisson for making our Goa trip memorable. Overall, we can give a 6 star rating for the hotel but unfortunately we have only 5 stars to select. Mosaic Restaurant was polite and humble and respectful ( Sandeep, Dipti, Nasiruddin, Saroj). View from the balcony of pool facing rooms is mesmerizing. Very quiet place with cozy environment. Staff is helpful and friendly. Towels were not clean which were provided to us after cleaning the room. Overall a great stay! Enjoyed to the fullest.
