Very pleasant stay at this very convenient location. Staff was helpful and very friendly, so nothing to complain, "Pontão" will always be first choice for Santa Maria.

20 minutes to the city center Santa Maria. 5 minutes to the beach besides the construction work. Nice staff. No free WiFi. Sometimes to less sun beds at the beach. No drinks or food at the beach avaiable.

Not a hotel, an appart'hotel. Way too big for us (couple) but that was cool. Bit out of city center, in new residential area: perfect. Appartment new and modern, with great bathroom and American kitchen. Lady providing the keys was nice and on time, she seems to live upstairs in the building. Very happy with that choice, esp. since we feared noise and a bit of stalking...

Very nice and discrete staff. The place is quiete and not that far from the city center. The seaview from the balcony is deeply impressive. Place suited for a family.

We were really annoyed that the hotel held two parties on two consecutive days. We were not given prior knowledge these were going to take place. The first started at 3pm and went on to after 8pm all teenagers. Very noisy and they were in the pool which meant we could not use the facilities.
