It was great! All staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave us early check in cause we had a wedding ceremony in the middle of the day and early check in was surely important for us - my bride was prepared in the room, made hairstyling and photo session. Thanks for that! Also our room was the best one with great sea view, nicely decorated and with handwritten congrats in postcards. Will recommend this hotel! Really the best one on Cyprus!

The Hotel has parking at the front and easily found. We had a very warm Welcome from Natalie Who told us what is on offer at the hotel. The room was spacious light with tea & coffee even an expresso machine ! It had bottled water and some traditional Cypriot sweets. A mini bar fridge lovely views of the sea and swimming pools. Bed was large and comfy  We only there for one night and wish it was longer as there was a spa, gym and indoor swimming pool. We were there for a wedding and the food was great and all the staff polite and helpful. We needed ice and the nice man and later in morning the Lady serving provided us we ice for the Mrs ankle. Breakfast had loads of choice hot and cold, even donuts ! Also cooks for omelets, waffles and pancakes made order. Drink had bucks fizz, orange, coffee etc. Ann Check us out it was very smooth with no problem. We would like the management to pass on our thanks to the staff for making our stay so special.

The Dome is not a 5 Star hotel, and its not pretending to be like so many others. Is is still however of a very high standard. Having experienced a number of hotels in Cyprus with rude staff. The Dome can boast that they have the best customer service I have experienced so far. The hotel is older and the decor reflects this. The room I stayed in was larger than average and also had a renovated bathroom. With large floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water, the view was gorgeous. The general cleanliness of the hotel and my room was above average. My whole stay was a very pleasent experience. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are heading to Kyrenia.

Have known this hotel for a long time yet the renovation that it has done, gave the hotel a modern refreshing delightful ambiance. Even staying for a night, I would recommend this hotel not only for large spacious clean comfortable rooms but its good food and well mannered alert staff. The only upset in staying here is it's internet charges or even so at the lobby where wifi is free, it's still slow for its standard. In addition, For a 4 star hotel with such charges, breakfast should be included.

Hi Sergul thank you for your hospitality on my stay at your hotel the Prince Inn located in the Karaoglanoglu area its a family run establishment with a small friendly staff but that makes it all the more charming, the location is wonderful everything within walking distance, but travelling further afield to explore the island presents no problem at all i will certainly visit again and would not hesitate to recommend your hotel to any discerning traveller perfect for families with outside villas located on site, or simply rooms with balconies facing the sun, the swimming pool is well maintained and positively sparkles in the sun light, value for money definitely you could not get better next time you plan a trip to the TRNC or if you prefer North Cyprus, give it a try Regards Ralph Searl

We live in the Greek part of Cyprus, in Limassol, and booked a " long weekend" to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. The price was very good, it included breakfast and dinner. The location is good if you have your own car or rental car because it is 8 km outside of Kyrenia. Rooms good and clean. Reception staff and room personal very nice and friendly. Restaurant personal has to learn how to smile. It is not the first time we took a break in this hotel, and it will not be the last time.

Our first time golfing in Cyprus or Turkey surpassed all expectations. Exceptional weather for end of Feb a perfect 24c for golf, set off this naturally beautiful, well-presented, immaculate course in a perfect light. Delightfully friendly staff could not do enough to make you feel relaxed and welcome. Not cheap but you get what you pay for - good value. Many thanks - we hope to return soon.

When we booked, as this was only a 3 star we weren't expecting much but we were very, very pleasantly surprised & would honestly say its more like a 4 star! Our room was lovely, spacious, with a big balcony, spotlessly clean (as was the rest of the hotel) with a very nice modern en-suite bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, TV, cutlery/plates, free electronic safe, free WiFi throughout the hotel, and the breakfast (inc cooked breakfast option) wouldn't have been out of place at a 4 or even 5 star hotel. Lovely main bar & modern restaurant area, beautiful main pool, plus a second smaller pool too. Loads of sunbeds, tables and parasols, & the hotel had a surprisingly tranquil air throughout. The staff were all very friendly & helpful, & the hotel location was excellent, surrounded by lots of restaurants, bars, bakery, shops, pharmacist, shopping Mall etc. We'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Princessa Vera to others and we'd definitely go there again.

We visiting Paphos and this hotel during the New Years Period. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful. My partner and I are a Young couple (early 30's) so from the photos, location and reviews - we were expecting a little more to be honest. I wouldn't personally recommend to younger couples as there are probably more modern places we would prefer as we thought it would be more upscale for the price. We were literally and officially the youngest couple there. Everyone there was MUCH older than us. I think the decor and the hotel itself are more suited to the more mature couples or retired couples. There wasn't much in the location open as was New Years and winter period. Would definitely recommend hiring a car which is MUCH cheaper than using taxis unless you are happy with local transport. Fuel is also extremely cheap. Overall, Food is amazing (even breakfast), Gym facilities are great, hotel is clean and staff are great. Cant really fault any of the services at all!

We stayed at the hotel on the 15th of August which is the peak holidays season in Cyprus and that's why hotels increase their prices a lot. The price of € 160 per night was cheaper than other hotels in its own class in Limassol but still not cheap enough to justify some of its irregularities. First of all, the rooms should have been cleaner and more modern just how rooms in a 5 stars hotel should be. There was a spider web in the corner of our room and its furniture were very old. The fact that our room had sea view definitely made up for the price and the run down room. In addition, the languages that were prevailing in all the areas of the hotel were Russian and English which was very disappointing. As Cypriots we'd love to be able to wander around the hotel easily and see at least Greek written in some places (like the reception). I'm in favor of helping tourists overcome languages constraints but I find it rude to ignore Cypriot residents.

We travel around Cyprus for our hobby, geocaching. We don't need anywhere in the middle of town. We just need somewhere to sleep - and don't want to be woken up by partygoers! The hotel was clean, and the staff very friendly. Initially we weren't too happy about breakfast being 8.30-9.30 as we need to get out and about before it becomes too hot. In the event, we got up early for one lot of caching, came back for breakfast, checked out and carried on caching for the rest of the day. We love having a fridge in our room to keep our lunch and drinks cold ready for the next day's activities. The breakfast was far better than we expected and was cooked fresh to order. We also appreciated the wifi access.

Our stay at the Balla View was one of the most pleasant we have had in a lifetime of travelling. We arrived at 10.30pm and they were able to arrange something for us to eat without any fuss and the rest of our stay was the same. The staff were helpful and friendly and treated all their guests individually. The rooms were comfortable and the facilities were more than adequate. Definitely a little gem in a beautiful this part of N. Cyprus!

Helpful and friendly staff. Room had everything you need (air con, mini fridge, etc). Nice looking pool but didn't have time to swim. Had bar and restaurant. They do themed evening at the restaurant, there was a Cyprus night with traditional buffet food, dancing and music the night we stayed which was interesting. The hotel is about 30mns walk from the old town but only a couple of minutes from the beach, promenade and zoo.

The location is perfect, a small relatively quiet side street. Cafés 50 meters walk, beach and promenade 2 minute casual walk away with any restaurant or cafe, bar you would want. Supermarket and laundromat similar distance. Guest parking in front of hotel. Very helpful staff. Had issue with TV - they fixed immediately. Room is cleaned daily. Everything worked well. Kitchenette with fridge and utensils for light cooking came in handy. One thing minor I'd improve - slightly larger tv (the one we had was tiny) and more interesting channels in English. You may find a slightly cheaper apartment in Larnaca, but the location and service is way worth a few more euros.

Lovely hotel, the layout of the rooms and grounds adds to its' uniqueness. This hotel has something for everyone who wants a relaxing break. Great pool, tennis courts, gym and restaurant. My family (2 adults & 2 children) stayed in an executive suite and had lots of space. The rooms are arranged in twos which adds to the feeling of seclusion. The resort is set on a steep hill so would not be suited to the less able.

Friendly staff, who try their best to assist Our room, 313, is a 1 bedroom apartment, with kitchen facilities, dining table, sofa, flat screen TV and bench area. The room also has a in room safe, second TV in the bedroom, robes, large shower area and laminated timber floors throughout. Free parking is also available upon request. The hotel has a pool, pool lounges, gym, games room, restaurant, computer facilities., self control air conditioner. In room wifi is chargeable and will provide access for 4 devices. Free wifi is available in the public areas and pool area only. Great location, beautiful laid out pool area, great facilities, tastefully decorated and equipped room (313). Paphos main area, loads of resturants, Paphos Castle and museum, beaches, night clubs, cafes. Kings Avenue mall is a 5 min drive away.

The hotel has a lot of facilities and the staff are very friendly and helpful, however a lot of the hotel feels very dated. I know they have started to refurbish some rooms however the majority look like they are out of the 70’s and really not good enough for the price they charge. Location is fine if you are happy to drive everywhere or simply stay in the hotel complex but it is too far if you like to wander around. Overall the food was only mediocre, although it was well presented service was slow and there was little flavour. The bars also only serve one local beer on draft, Keo, which is a pretty average lager to be honest.. for a hotel claiming to be 5 star this place falls well short overall.
