The Shanti Hostel is conveniently located, just 300 m from from the Skopje main bus and railway station and 100 m from the nearby bus stop. Stayed at Shanti Hostel Bitola for just one night in March 2014. *The location is central. *Staff spoke good English and was willing to help. *Decent WiFi connection. *Price was very affordable. All in all - a recommended hostel for those who need a decent inexpensive place to stay in the first place.

Hotel is clean and nice. Location is a bit far to walk to the bus station but still ok nearby the main road. The staff, Vaneesa is really nice, helpful and english speaking.

We loved it so much we're going back there in a week's time. The staff are outstanding, nothing is too much for them to do to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the breakfast buffet had everything you would want from a breakfast. The location is 10 minutes from the bus/train station by taxi (150 Denar) and half an hour from the airport....

Ilija and his wife were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. About 20 minutes walk from the center of Ohrid. Shops close to hand. I would reccomend this apartment to a friend.

We stayed in the motel Atika for 2 nights. Thee location is just perfect, as it is directly indide the old town full of restaurants, shops and cafés. The old market was literally behind the corner and it was also close to the fortress. The price is the lowest in the area and everything in the hotel is new. We can fully recommend it!!!

Super hard to find, way out of the city it seems abandoned and like no-one ever stays here, or that it's used for other kinds of business. Avoid.

I was offered a room at another address, in a shared apartment. I didn't like being transfered like that to an isolated place with no real common area

Really simple room. Bed was not very comfortable and with old linen. Shared bathroom was clean but no shampoo or soap. I would not stay again, it was the worst room I stayed in Macedonia.

Great venue with a great host. Zarko is a fantastic host and full of great insight and ideas of how to get around and things to do. The villa is in a really nice central location of Old Town (once you get your head around the city layout). There's some stairs involved, but find for anyone without mobility issues. This is actually part of the Opera Hotel. Nice small apartment. It was clean and comfortable. The internet did not work in the room. The staff are really nice. Breakfast was extra for €3 and was a good deal. All in all it was a great stay. The location was very close to the major downtown attractions.

We first met Alexandr when he picked us up from the bus station where he actually waited for us although the bus was late. He also sent us to another bus station as we were about to leave. Overall the rooms were big and we had all the facilities promised. The old town was a 5 minute walk from this location. We would definitely recommend this place and also stay here...

The location is excellent, close to the famous complex "Vodenitza 3". The rooms are well furnished with comfortable beds and bathrooms. The owner is a very welcoming and nice person. Definitely recommend this place.
