Gloria Hotel is a good value for money in comparison to other hotels in Kigali. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the food is good in comparison to other Kigali hotels. The breakfast buffet is really great and served on a nice terrace overlooking the hills around.

First off the service is top notch. Amazingly attentive and friendly. The hotel is clean and the food at the restaurants is really good. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The breakfast and the pool are great!

The hotel has a old musty smell everywhere, rooms, meeting rooms. The gym smelled of insecticide. The internet was poor, and frequently did not work. The staff were very nice but the upkeep is really poor.

It was a very good experience. We had the opportunity of staying in another hotel before Rohi and comparing them even though they are supposed to be of the same class, its like comparing heaven (Rohi) and earth (the other place). Our kids totally loved Rohi and it is indeed home away from home.
