Great resort”

Long drive to and from but other than that a great resort. Rooms are nice pools are clean island is great too. The watersports, scuba diving, snorkeling, excursions, drinks, food, transportation so on all included, Great value. However do bring dress pants and nice shoes if you want to get reservation at rivers the ocean view rooms are definitely worth the extra few dollars. Parrots kinda noisy in the morning

Couples Tower Isle Winter break 2019”

We had a great time between Christmas and New Year enjoying perfect weather, exquisite food and world-class entertainment. The staff were exceptional and the service outstanding. Our only suggested improvements concern the inability to dry wet clothes (suggested they offer laundry service or a dryer for guest use) and a few minor room issues (extractor fan needs fixing in bathroom etc). We will be back!

Fabulous!”

We had the best vacation. Couples Tower Isle is a fantastic resort with great food, friendly helpful staff.,tons of activities all included. Tipping is prohibited on this resort, you get great service without tipping. We’ll definitely be returning.

Excellent service, good food in all restaurants and even buffet. Cocktail drinks were superb! We enjoyed coconut water, fresh fruit juices. And to our surprise variety of activities like Dunn Fall River hike, water sports, catamaran Cruise, fitness classes were FREE! Location wise quite far far from airport but they provide free transportation both ways!

Property needs updating ”

My wife and I stayed here 3 nights and the place needs major renovations. It needs to be updated. Old carpet in the long dark hallways. Felt like you were in an insane asylum! Entertainment was great and food was good would have liked more authentic Jamaican food! Customer service needs improvement couldn’t find a waiter on the beach with my flag raised. Drinks were weak from the main bar and they ran out of rum! How is that possible in Jamaica? Check in and out was beautiful! Bellman were great along with guest services. We stayed at couples swept away in negril 5 yrs ago and we absolutely loved it that we gave this place a shot but was disappointed.

Staff was friendly but pushy for tips! They would say Respect which is their way of asking for a tip. If they opened a cab door or gave you directions they would say respect. The property was beautiful but room and building was old dirty dark and rundown. Breakfast was gross! Eggs were powdered and runny like soup. Fine dining was a step up but not great. The entertainment was terrible! Piano bar opened at 10:30 and they rushed you out by 11:15. The piano singer was the worst I have ever seen! Drunk, off key and didn’t know the words. The night club was only thing to do after piano bar. It was small but nice and DJ was good. We were there for our honeymoon 6 years ago and loved everything but since last time everything has gone way down including the beautiful landscape. No entertainment or music by the pool and most activities planned never happened. We enjoyed the 3 spa servicesVery disappointed and saddened to see the place my husband and I first started our lives together like this
