Location is great and very close to Shin Yokohama train/bus station. Love the free amenities such as face wash, cleansing gel, moisture milk, etc. Room is spacious, but be careful of the number of pax. I accidentally booked a twin room of 1 person capacity. I had to pay extra charge + breakfast for another person, which is okay since I was at fault. Breakfast was warm and delicious. Appreciate the variety of condiments! Check out is pretty early at 10, but they can hold the luggage as long as we return on the same day.

Great for a visit downtown ”
I’m satisfied for the price I got but 2 things that could be fixed: elavator is small and too busy in the morning for check out. Also, besides 2-3 vending machines, the is no shares spaces besides the reception of the hotel so, stay in your room !

The location is great and right by the station and the ramen museum. However, was sure how clean the bathroom was and found dried blood maybe on my sheets. Not sure what the stain was but it was definitely from a human. Staff was great and very sweet. Room get warm so get the fan they provide

my room was non smoking room but whenever I entered my room, I smelled like smoking. it was not smoky, but just like staying in a karaoke room which someone smoked few hours ago. a staff said the room was always non smoking room so it shouldn't happen , he didn't believe what I said. but I think it might be connected to ventilation with smoking rooms or something like that . but if you don't mind smoking smell, this hotel is nice and 1000yen cheaper than others (because it includes breakfast ), and basically staffs are nice.

The stay at Court Hotel Shin Yokohama was a good. The hotel is located just 500m away from Shin Yokohama station, where you can find the JR line, subway and bullet train which connect you to the rest of Japan. There is a bus from both Haneda and Narita airport to Shin Yokohama station and from the station is only a 5 mins walk to the hotel.

the staff tried their best with english and friendly, also helpful when i asked directions to some places. location is accessible, near shin yokohama station and some good sightseeing such as shin yokohama ramen museum and yokohama arena. there's also various restaurants, cafe and convenience stores around. my room was clean and comfortable, but no wi-fi in room and i don't have laptop with me and gotta go to the lobby to access internet. the price was pretty cheap, affordable. it was a nice stay here.

Great value for money and a great place to stay. The hotel is located near the Shin-yokohama station, about 5mins walk away. There are a few restaurants nearby, a convenience store just next door and close distance to the Shin-yokohama ramen museum. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. The only complain I have is that the hotel didn't reply to my queries prior to my stay.

Nice Hotel in a Nice Area”
This was a nice, quiet hotel in a nice, quiet part of a nice, quiet town. Shinyokohama is hardly a tourist mecca and it's easy to see why. However the Court Hotel is close to the train station and is surrounded by several restaurants including an American-style burger joint, which was a welcome relief after being throughly noodled-out in Japan! Shinyokohama Station has high speed JR trains to Kyoto and if you want to find a nice place to relax in the night before an early train, this is a great place to kill that time. It's highly recommended that you find the Ramen Museum, yes a museum about noodles, just down the street. It's as quirky as it sounds!

I attended to a conference in nearby area, this was a nice place to stay. The hotel is very well located, with very easy access to the Shin-Yokohama train station. The hotel has a very good quality-price rate. I recommend it for occasional travelers because of the great location and train connection facilities, and very affordable price.

Comfortable and close to the train station”
The overall experience was great, with a comfortable bed and quite sizable, knowing the standards of Japanese hotels. The surround area is peaceful. The staff speaks basic English and check-in/check-out was really fast. There are quite a number of dining options surrounding the hotel and about 3 24hr mini marts just a few blocks away. The train station also has quite a variety of dining options. Although there are no sightseeing spots around this area, at just 5min walk to either the subway or JR Line will bring you to Yokohama or Sakuragicho station where all the life is.

This hotel offers great value. I was able to get a room for around $40/night and was surprised when I walked into the lobby. Location is about a 5-7 min walk from Blue Line Station / JR Station. But you have plenty of places to eat and I swear it has like 3 convenience stores within 30 seconds. The rooms were fairly bigger than your Tokyo business hotel, but still small. You're still opening your luggage on the bed. Bed was comfortable than the average business hotels and the cleaning people in the morning were really quiet. There is a tablet in the room that lets you browse and even call the front desk. One minor downside is the 5-8 min walk to the train station If you need a night in shin-Yokohama, this is a great choice

Great stay. I was in town with the main purpose of catching a Yokohama F Marinos J League game. The ground was 10 minutes walk away. Brilliant. The station was 10 minutes in the other direction of the hotel. Brilliant. Don't go telling everyone though. Heaps of coffee shops even closer to the hotel and at Shin Yokohama station (10 minutes) there are lots of major retail stores.
