really nice place”
It's a clean and well-designed place. Very quiet. The Internet is good. And although the room is really small, it packs in all the basics without feeling crowded.

Good points: good location so far, near many street food and convenient. Room is quite clean, good smell. Check in process is quick and easy through Zalo. Minus points: Location guide is quite confused. It's better to tell driver to stop at famous Oc Dao (Ốc Đào) as every drivers know where it is, then take a little walk to Cozrum. The water at level 4 is quite weak, at night won't have hot water. The door isn't noise cancellation, so I was only affected by the sound of elevator in the middle of the night.

Good for a cultural but not business trip”
The house is located deeply in an alley of district 1. There is a lot of food street vendors around with reasonable price. Best fit for any cultural explorer. Pros: Near university and lots of attractions. Near a city center. Nice decor. Fully equipped for kitchen. Cons: Has a window but no view. Cozy. Hard to find the house. Self check-in. Customer service is not responsive (only work 8AM-11:30PM). Not sound proof.

Self check-in service and we met the problem of door lock broken, wondered that whether no staff inspected the room ready before?! We called the hotline and was instructed a weird way to unlock the door, which was not useful. We were provided an alternative room next by afterwards and it was opened normally. There were a line of ants on the floor from outside to bathroom. TV was not available with cable though plugged in, unable to browse Netflix, fortunately Youtube worked. No flexibility support for complimentary late check out to 2pm.

Location is good at the town area is just hard to find the home stay , room was 99% to perfect TV not working Hot water sometimes have sometimes no . some part of room got dust . And the design of light switch abit bad But ao far so good . recommend for Long term stay

Good place, but bad experience with the cleaner”
This is a good place, worth the money. But very bad experience with the staff cleaner, she has the card and go directly into our room without knocking the door when we were changing the clothes. Awful experience !!

Not a good place to stay on rainy days ”
The room is not soundproof, so you can hear clearly what happens outside. A lot of ants on table and on bed. We were surprised to see ants in room when checked in. Got a centipede in the toilet. It was crawling on the wall while I was bathing. Please take note! They use solar energy to heat up the water. If you travel during rain season like me, you will have to bath in cold water every day!

I'm not going to stay here even it's 5 dollars”
They literally didn't clean the room, and they wanted me to pay if I want a cleaning service. I don't actually care about room condition except it's not very dirty, but this time, I was very shocked because of the room condition. I was the first guest on that day, but there was a lot of pubic hair on the bed, and a 6cm cockroach goes on the floor. A towel, toothbrush, and water bottle were also used. I needed to clean the whole thing by myself, and also killed a cockroach.. It was the worst experience I've ever had in Saigon in this year.

The design and layout of the room are pretty smart as they optimize the space. It has working desk and located in a small alley, which is a bit difficult to find for the first time. Should contact the host right after book to get online check-in and the instruction. It runs as self-check-in so there is literally no one there.

The room was dirty, hair and cockroaches everywhere,, fridge didnt work, no hot water.. requested to have the room cleaned and have these issues fixed but .. No action..
