I can’t believe there’s a room like this”
The price isn’t realistic. The room is so clean, big, comfortable. And the sunrise comes in through huge window. In fact, a wall is whole window. And there’s a balcony. But, in front of the balcony, a building wall is there. It was just A con. Water flows well, you can cook here. Everything to cook is ready. Place is really calm. No any noise you can hear. How can it be in this price? Highly recommend. Oh, you can’t dry your hair with mirror. There’s no concent.

1. Suggest to have easy clean broom in the room to let customer to clean the floor if feel dirty. 2. Suggest to change/wash the floor mat outside the bathroom, or use disposable kind, to change every single customer check-out. 3. Wooden bed rack are make annoying noises, better to repair it. I'll come back to stay here if next time. Thank you so much

it makes you feel like stay at home. with a little struggle checking in, the main door is kinda hard to handle. but generally good. price is reasonable, location in district 1, the alley is quiet at night.

It is what you pay for. Cheap place but it is ok. The shower is kind of hideous. The facility seems running down. The building next door is in construction so probably noisy during the day. Again, it is what you pay for.

Even 1 star would be high for this place. Pathetic management. No person at front desk. The only contact is via WhatsApp and no message response after midnight. Three gates and each has digital locks with Id and passwords which is shared on a webpage and the webpages goes inactive. Good luck if you don't have print out of the codes. No essentials provided at check-in. Booked for three nights and got locked out and no one to call. It's a prison not a hotel!!

Pro - very good location - fast reply from staff (if need help) Cons - no receptionists - Complicated locking system. - not user-friendly. Many stuff not shown in the guide that hotel sent us - only one card (should be at least two) - not so clean - down-grade furniture not like picture shown in agoda which looks modern and new

Degraded apartment”
We recently stayed at this location on the ground floor. We smell mold the moment we step inside and doesn't look anywhere like the photos. Shower head hasn't been replaced and was spraying water all over the places. The multiple doors is a hassle to open. Service had to bother others within the facility to open the door for us. Maybe it was a good play to stay a couple of years ago but not now, atleast until they addressed all the issues above.

i have tried two other cozrum apartments during my solo trips and this time, i came with my fiancee and the room was so spacious, even enough to host a small gathering for friends in the area!

Please avoid it! Awful experience!”
Some facilities were broken before we checked in, then they told us just check in and they would fix it later. We spent few hours feeling very uncomfortable to have someone in the room to fix facilities, but they still hadn't finished, so we asked to change the room, they told us to move to a smaller room in another branch or move out. It's obviously hotel's fault at the beginning but they treated us with no respect. We chose to move out, we need time to pack things and they even called us to rush us move out. Never come back!
