location was perfect, we were 5 seconds from the pool and 10 from the beach. She had everything needed to enjoy the stay from beach chairs , basketball for the court to aloe Vera. there was coffee and few water bottles , the AC was great. super clean I was beyond Impressed. the hostess was amazing and helpful with all questions

AMAZING!”

We absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect place for the three of us. It was very clean and right out the door we had the pool and access to the beach. There are restaurants walking distance away and a Walgreens right across the street. I highly recommend and the price was amazing. Our host was so sweet and stayed in constant contact to make sure everything was perfect and she gave us plenty of places to check out. We are so thankful for her! Once again, I highly recommend!

Located in the “heart” of Puerto Rico, which made travel very simple. Walking distance to souvenir shops, food and groceries. Security on property and requires mask and fobs for access. All is COVID monitored and has gate access to beach. Property manager was available at all times, the studio was clean and supplies for cooking and even tanning lotion was conveniently in the room. Parking is designated which private location.

Perfect studio directly on the beach in Isla Verde. Easy walkout to the beach and pool. Great security 24/7. Walking distance to good restaurants, bars, and shopping. Quiet. Coin Laundromat on site. Love it and will return. Highly recommend
No direct view of ocean because on first level. But, one can easily walk to the beach so not a problem for us.

Perfect place for vacation.”

The location was fantastic, the building has private access to the beach. The apartment is on the first floor and very well equipped for a great vacation. The pool and the beach access were just a step away, which made it very easy for us. The host left plenty of supplies available for cooking and there were many appliances if you need them (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster oven, ...) there were bath and pool towels too. They also have an umbrella, beach chairs, and noodles to use on the beach which was perfect for us. The beach in front of the building was clean and about one mile long and super wide and flat and good for swimming. All along the beach, there was an area roped for swimmers to prevent anyone from being dragged far from the shore. We had a car and there was private parking for the apartment on the underground level of the building. This place is perfect for anyone, especially for those that don't want to rent a car because the airport and old San Juan are a short uber ride away ($15-20). There are many good restaurants within walking distance of the building.
Since the apartment is on the first floor we didn't have a view of the ocean, but we were right in front of the pool and beach which is what I wanted.
