Dirty and uncomfortable!!!”
It is very dirty and old inside, and I dont get any reply from the host after I said I would not stay there for two night!! It is very uncomfortable and not acceptable

I personally work on it with my NEW Team Mates. Countermeasures were done and part of it are below: 1. We have NEW Active & Workaholic Team Mates. 2. All the feedback were fully reviewed, my rooms had undergo proper cleaning in all the areas, we made some beautification in the room too and it is well maintained. 3. A Long Bath Towels, more bedsheets and pillow cases were purchased. 4. Thorough inspection of the room and facilities were done before the check-in time to make sure that everything are in order and equipment's are operational. I hope that I can still convince you to change your mind about another visit in our prop
Small and dirty apartment ”
We stayed here for three nights, and it was a very unpleasant stay. The apartment was small and smelt very strange. The beds were very uncomfortable, the bedsheets extremely dirty and stained. We were provided with no bath towels, only two hand towels. The bathroom was had mould. We were very uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

The host is not helpful and the air conditioner is not working. The flat is so far away from Shinjuku station, need to walk for about 15 mins.

Simple budget space near Shinjuku”
The owner was very responsive and gave me accurate directions to his property. We arrived around 9PM and it was 10-15mins walk. I was actually surprised to see so many people in the area offering beers and many things (I think Kabuchiko is a red light district) that was why I got a bit confused looking for the building, but nevertheless, it was still quite near. The room was plain and simple. If you have a night or 2, this might be perfect for you. The toilet was cute, simple and very small. For some reason, I actually liked how small and minimal the property was. Do note that the beds were too soft and bouncy so you might not want to move a lot when you have others beside you as you might interrupt their sleep. Helpful tip: We took an Uber to Shinjuku Bus Sta and the price was 1,200 Yen for a 6-min ride. By the way, upon arrival, there was a welcome note on the whiteboard with my name on it--- we found it so sweet. Overall, I would recommend this place!

Good location near Higashi-Shinjuku sta.”
This room is very near Higashi-shinjuku station - only 3 mins walk. Moreover, it’s so convenient since the room is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and it’s not far from Shinjuku sta. and shopping area - about 7 mins walk. However, this room is quite small for us - 3 girls with 3 big luggages but we understand that this is japanese room standard. Hiro San, an owner, is very kind and helpful. On the first day, we have a problem with dusts in the room but after we told Hiro San, he immediately sent a cleaner to redo the cleaning on the next day. We are so thankful!

房間衞生差，枕頭套及床套有舊污漬，被子沒有被單套著，被子染有手掌大的血積，即時通知房東，房東亦稱翌日會跟進，可是翌日被子原封不動，再聯絡房東，已讀不回，直至第四日退房，房東仍是沒有回覆。

Bed sheets were newly washed, the sheets were not totally dried and it is the cause of unexplained smell. I felt sorry for your experience and we failed you. Our main priority is to be able to offer a very well-maintained and comfortable atmosphere. Countermeasures were done and part of it are below: 1. We bought new sheets and bigger towels ~ to give enough time for the washed sheets/towels enough time to dry. 2. We had added more cleaning Staff. 3. We used not just one laundry service. 4. Thorough inspection of the room and facilities were done before the check-in time to make sure that everything are in order and equipments are operational.
