The location was excellent. Really close to many places in Shinjuku, and a few minutes from Golden Gai. Great location for the price. Many places far away had smaller accommodation for more money. Would stay here again.

pro is the location, near shinjuku happening area. please update and guide the accurate entrance of lift. cons 1. smelly bed, pillow, qulit 2. small bathroom 3. the area is mixed with hour room hotel and night club etc, you can see a lot of drunk people in morning

We greatly appreciate your comments about aspects of the room and areas that needs improvement. Bed sheets were newly washed, the sheets were not totally dried and it is the cause of unexplained smell. I felt sorry for your experience and we failed you. Our main priority is to be able to offer a very well-maintained and comfortable atmosphere. Countermeasures were done and part of it are below: 1. We bought new sheets and bigger towels ~ to give enough time for the washed sheets/towels enough time to dry. 2. We had added more cleaning Staff. 3. We used not just one laundry service. 4. Thorough inspection of the room and facilities were done before the check-in time to make sure that everything are in order and equipments are operational. I hope that I can convince you to change your mind about another visit to our property. Thank you.

光是用導航非常難找到房間 在周圍繞來繞去問哪裡有電梯才稍微猜到地點 其實離東新宿比較近 而不是新宿三丁目 走到新宿鬧區需要10來分鐘 廁所非常小 只住兩個人但擺了兩張床 行李無法打開 建議還是入住兩人並且把床鋪移走比較剛好
