The space is our vacation place in Baguio City. It is a 1BR unit with one queen bed, also with sofa bed & 2 single mattress (optional for additional guest). The place is cozy enough for couple, but could also be family & "barkada"-friendly.

OUR HOUSE RULES -Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment. The owners are not required to clean and tidy up, or to take out the garbage during the whole stay of the guests. -On the day of departure the guests have to leave the accommodation the latest at 12NOON in order for the owners to prepare it for the next guests arriving at 2PM. The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged. * Late check out & Early check in fee apply - Early check in or late check out should be properly arranged with the owners before arrival. -Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHOL, NO DRUGS, NO PARTY. If you fail to comply with the house rules this will be an automatic eviction. PLEASE NOTE: -We require P1500 security deposit upon checkin and we return upon checkout. Security Deposit will be charged for lost keys or any damage you might have caused. Stained linen and towels needs to be replaced. Unit has glass wall any cracks or damage you have caused deposit will not be refunded. Visitors are not allowed to spend overnight.
