              Helpful friendly owners carried our bags upstairs. Lovely breakfast. They booked an evening meal at local pub for us as we had arrived around 6.30pm. Nothing was too much trouble. .
              ensuite bathroom wasnt very private as we were two friends travelling together - the folding door didn&#39;t fit very well.

              We loved the welcome and the comfortable bed room. The best breakfast we have had with local ingredients and Nicole can certainly cook to perfection . there was so much attention to detail with the setting of our breakfast table remembering which condiments etc we liked . Malcolm was so great with suggestions of places to visit and a really lovely host . Nicole thoughtfully made us to sumptuous chocolate brownies as a little parting gift.

              The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was beautiful and spotless clean. We enjoyed a superb nights sleep. We can highly recommend dining here, the food was excellent! It is fair to say this is the best guest house we have ever stayed in and would most certainly go back and recommend to friends. Wigton is a lovely little village as well, a perfect stop off for any holiday.
              There was nothing to dislike. The whole stay was top notch. We simply could not fault it.

              Great location, beautiful house and views,. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly with lots of local knowledge, made sure every need was catered for, we couldn&#39;t have asked for more. Evening meals were lovely and breakfasts delicious. Easy access to town, a 2 minute walk away and some lovely walks around locally as well as lovely drives around the Mull of Galloway and area. We will definitely be back to lovely Wigtown.
