i stayed there for 4 days to watching the olypics games, the traffic was convenient to go to london city and olymipic park,the room was clean and comfortable, it's a nice hotel to stay in

The room was decent size on the small scale but typical for Europe it is very close to the Ilford station about 3 blocks. Couple of places to eat around and a small mall. Wifi only available in the lobby. The breakfast was great it was a full continental breakfast clean and the staff was great. For the price it was good. Shower had strong flow and cleanness overall. *The toilet water smelled after its been sitting for a while had to keep the lid closed and flush when in the bathroom. It was 2 stops away on the national rail line from stratford so have to change from the london tube.

Arrived to be told there was not a room but I could stay at the next door hotel. This hotel was very nice and I had breakfast at the Cranford but the experience was a bit surreal.

Location is abt 40-50 mins from city.It is easy to find and staff are willing to help !Breakfast is simple but yummy ! The environment of hotel is quiet and relax ! Near supermarket so you can get sth to eat easily ! bed is cozy n when u look out everyday in the morning, feel so cheerful!

Served the purpose but the room was excessively small and not enough room for luggage and us. In every other respect it was fine. Breakfast was great and included. Value for money especially during Olympics.

Manager and staff were fantastic. Friendly and helpful. However, the hotel need serious refurbishment. Small room & toilet for the price is totally fine for me. BUT the shower was like drizzles of rain and with burning hot temperature. First night of my stay, no choice but to use the kettle to collect water from the basin to clean myself. Second night, they offered me to take shower in the next room. Sigh. What an experience.

Breakfast was good but the room had a ventilator in the toilet which had not been clean for a very long time. The staff were nice and willing to help.

Won’t be booking here again ”
As soon we got to our room the door wouldn’t lock properly. The room was freezing and the radiator did not work properly. The bathroom smelled of cannabis and cigarettes. The walls are so thin, we could hear the people in the room above us walking around, slamming doors and flushing the toilet. The bed was uncomfortable and it was like laying on a piece of wood. We rung up and they queried £50 to stay here, I looked on the app Agoda and got the room for £35. If Best Western was not fully booked we would of not stayed here

Ok location very small rooms”
No wardrobe for clothes - had to hang clothes on a rail which was above the tv then could not see the tv, had to keep most of my clothes in the suitcase. Bar had cans only. Breakfast was ok but no fresh fruit Toilet bowl was not fixed to floor. room was much too small I would not have liked to have been travelling with my wife there would not hav been enough room. Too far from tube station

Staff good , but room too small , window with no view , fan broken , On agoda it say ac , but at hotel no ac , and when ask then they say the fan is the air condition . Do you think we are idiots , and by chance if you take room with window , than forget about ac even fan you are not allow to have . Breakfast no choice . Had to have bread & butter . I would recommend agoda to check the hotel before publishing it

Rooms were cramped, no cupboard. In room to hang clothes, no shampoo either, very basic facilities were,missing”
Wanted me to book another room as we had an extra guest. I was willing to pay a bit extra to move to a triple room, but they wanted me to book another room even though the room was available. No common sense at all. That triple room remained empty. How pathetic was this. I had to make arrangements. to drop off my son to another property out of the area. This to me was pathetic. I woul.

Room barely big enough to take double bed, bathroom tiny, Shower uncontrolable. Breakfast not good and offered on stone cold plates. No attempt made to cater for dietary requests, even though notified in advance.
