Great budget hotel located very near to King's Cross/St Pancras/Euston”
Top location! So convenient. If you are a backpacker type you'll reaappreciate this place. This is the smallest room I've ever stayed in yet I loved it. Somehow they managed to pack in a lot into a small place that's still quite comfortable and well-equpped (great little flat screen, loads of outlets). They made smart use of the space (for example a designated and clean spot to slide your suitcase under the bed). My room had a large window with a view outside which added to the feeling of spaciousness. The bathroom was spotless and modern, although the water pressure was a bit weak. The room was tidied daily. The hotel is run in an efficient manner and so customer service is also efficient and not fluffy, but don't be put off by this. The staff was very kind to me and even helped me out with a loan when I realized I lost my charger adapter. Breakfast was simple but had many hot and cold options. My only complaint is there was a tiny spider in my room...lol...but that's not a big deal.

Great location: just across the street to the King’s cross station, that is very convenient for train travel and underground transportation. Great service: the reception was very nice for any questions and very helpful, also free keeping baggage for few hours. Great hotel : although it’s a old building , it’s all clean and good maintenance, room was great with some sockets in a room which was very convenient for travelers. Hot water for shower was very nice in cool October! Bathroom was clean and nice. Great room: very quiet in the night for good sleeping. Bed was clean and nice. Reminds: there is no lift/ elevator, you will have a little time workout on your muscles!

Great Location and good quality hotel”
This is a hidden gem indeed, the hotel is 2 minute walk from Kings Cross & St Pancras underground and National Rail which is very convenient when travelling around London. The hotel itself is great, I found the staff to be very polite and helpful, check.in and check out was so smooth. My room was clean and comfortable. Although it is small, I did not see this as a problem since I was not in it for long. Breakfast was average but no complaints. Just for reference if visiting that the room has no iron, for those looking to iron there clothes you would need to go to the first floor to use the public ironing equipment.

Good value hotel with breakfast”
The price is great and include breakfast which is delicious. The room is just right for couple and it very clean. Only thing is there is no lift so above and below ground level need to climb stair. No easy especially if there is heavy luggage. Overall the stay is good and is highly recommended.

Clean, cute and great location”
This hotel is “no frills” but is very well kept, very clean, and the staff are wonderful. Yes the rooms are small although they are well designed with shelving and a clever spot to put your suitcase. The hotel is located in a very central area with easy access to the tube and the train station (for trips out of the city or to the airport). Overall had a nice stay here and would come back again.

Location is great. 5’ walk to St Pancras Clean hotel. Bed comfortable. Small bedroom but well equipped => still and sparkling water, coffee and tea, hair dryer,... Tiny bathroom but very clean. Convenient location, walking distance to underground station with many restaurants around. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Room is small( we stayed in triple room) but all basic amenities provided. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast include cereals, breads, hams, jam and fruits. Basic but delicious. Overall good value for money.

I stayed 2 nights in a single room. The size was ok. Very comfy bed. Lots of warm water in the shower and good water pressure. One could open the window to let in some fresh air. All the staff were polite. The location was great, just a 100m from King's Cross underground. A little more pricey then other cheaper hotels close by, but in London you usually get what you pay for. The room here was ok standrad, not run down and it was clean. I will for sure stay here again.

Great location to explore London before traveling out by train”
We flew into London Heathrow and stayed 1 night before taking a train to Norfolk to visit friends. Hotel is just across the street from King's Cross station so it was very convenient to get there by Tube from Heathrow airport on the Picadilly line and then explore London a bit by Tube. Hotel is nice and clean, comfortable room for family of 4.
