Good location but overall not good

OK one night stay”

Shower/bathroom was good, bed was comfy. The room however is in need of renovation.... It's frayed around the edges, e.g. Chipped doors. It just feels a bit old and smelt of smoke despite being a no smoking building. I did not get a good night's rest as down the road someone's garden door had been left unlocked and repeatedly kept slamming very loudly in the wind. Not the guest houses fault however I guess it represented the area it was in.

Entrenched smoke and dirty flask”

Full of entrenched smoke in the room, curtains and wallpaper. So unpleasant I did not stay. Only good thing is location. Did not include breakfast but was £10 for it. Opposite cafe has breakfast which is quarter priced. Flask was not cleaned. Somebody probably cooked in it. And cigarette butts all on the roof by the window which aggravated the room. Cheaper accommodation just down the road. Too expensive for the quality given. No lift for heavy luggages. Tube has no lift as well.

The worst hotel experience ever”

The person who is supposed to take care of guests is the worst hospitality ever. Try to charge us more and no service mind. This hotel experience makes your stay the worst one and try to cheat customers always. I am sure they just try to control the review. Others guests felt the same.

Good location”

Average. With other four star hotel nearby, the extra cost for a continental breakfast should be included to be attractive. Daily renewal of room card seems wier. Smelly in the corridor but ok inside room. Free parking an attraction for those booking the car from Heathraw.

Great little guest house”

Very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again in the future if the needs arise.

Very nice stuff and hotel”

I was 10 days in the hotel because I was relocated by the company to London. I have to say that the locatiion is very good. Busses, very near, tube station just behind, and a nice pub just besides.But not noise at all inside the room. Also there is all Hunslow amenities and shops at 2 mins walk. The hotel is very well kept and the room was fantastic. The service, just perfect. Hemal as manager was always very diligent and precise. The breakfast also very good. The room very clean and will all little things that makes the stance very confortable.
