Everything You Need”
I decided to book a last minute stay here for a company function nearby because of the following reasons: -Proximity to the venue -Free parking -Fair pricing I've never been to Crown Regency Hotel so I had no expectations coming in, but right off the bat we were assisted by kuya guard even though we arrived way too early and won't be checking in until 2 PM. The actual check-in process was a breeze and when we arrived at our room, I found it pleasantly warm and comfortable. I chose a Superior room only as we won't be staying long and just needed a place to rest, and rest it surely did provide! The doors are heavy so it's very quiet inside. The lighting and furnishings are warm and does not give off a cheap appeal at all. The TV is huge - bigger even than some 5 star hotels with cable! WiFi was fast! There's also a mini fridge, jug to boil water, a safe, blower in the bathroom, bidet, and a huge drawer with closets. Different lightings were also available if you want a warm effect, dimmed lighting or if you need bright lighting for your favorite hobby. They also provide refillable water! The only thing missing were slippers and it's not because they do not provide, it's simply because their stocks did not arrive from Cebu. The staff are also amazing - always ready to help open doors and greet you every time they see you. I only had two cons that weren't deal breakers at all: -cable TV remote battery needed replacing -we were not informed that our room didn't come with breakfast -parking is first come, first served so if you arrive late, you'll need to look for parking elsewhere and may end up paying P1200 for an overnight parking across the hotel. Crown Regency Hotel needs to be able to secure a parking slot for each guest who are booked as it should be part of the package. Would we stay again? For the value this place has to offer - absolutely yes!, ❤️

I'm sorry, but this is an honest review. I've got room322 which is one of farthest room from the elevator. The AC is quite hot in the daytime. I didn't feel the cold even it reaches low 16 degree Celsius. Every hour, it browns out. I don't know why, i didn't even bother them to ask. When i was using the hair dryer, it stops functioning. I called the receptionist to ask help and she said that someone will go to me to check and assist. But no one came up. I didn't wait too long but it was a bit disappointing. Btw, when I asked help at the lobby, because I forgot my keys, they assisted me quickly. Clap clap to them for that moment. The location is convenient.
