Great place a little outside centre”
We chose this place knowing it was a little outside Belfast because of the pool and gym. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the gym was good, breakfast was nice and the room was clean and spacious. Driving into the centre took 10-15 mins which was fine! Would recommend if you don’t need or want to be smack bang in the centre as walking would take about an hour

Good for business”
The hotel itself is clean, well appointed with good courteous staff. We stayed because a friend was ahving a wedding on the site and the event went very well. Unfortunately the location is not convenient for the centre of Belfast requiring a ten minute taxi trip, otherwise a good place to stay

very clean hotel with friendly staff. very helpfull when arranging for a bed for a third child.bar food was good but as always for hotels out of town, a little pricey. did not get to use the health facilities, but they looked very good. i would stay again if returning to belfast.

I taught it was nearer Belfast city centre..a 1 hour walk. The front desk staff were rude....”
Pros.... nice pool..very clean.. Cons...front desk staff were very rude.and unhelpful I asked for twin room but had to sleep with my 15 yr old son.. I will not be going back or recommending The Crown plaza Belfast...

we had a really good stay! perfect for a chill sunday, spending some time in a sauna and/or steam room was all what we wanted to do. agreably suprised by the top quality of the lunch and of course the breakfast. will definitively recommand to anyone.

Not bad but could do better”
Very smart foyer, bar area and dining room. Rooms large and clean - as expected from a 4 star hotel. Only issue with the room was that while tea and coffee making facilities were available, would expect bottled water, or at least a fridge, to be available too (small point I know but have stayed in a few 3 star hotels and found complementary bottled water and romm fridges to be the norm). Hotel staff were, on the whole, very polite, helpful and friendly. A few, however, made it clear that even the simplest requests were a burden, to the point of being quite rude. Overall not a bad hotel - decor and fittings as you would expect from a city four-star hotel, but the service lets it down. Also, quite expensive (even through agoda) for what you get.

Shaws Bridge Ramada”
Overall an efficient business hotel in the mid range. The only real downfall is the business centre which is appalling. Slow computers and two advertising items one which is a moving billboard (not quiet) and a speaking ad for a train service which repeats (really annoying) broadband speed really slow and small screens on the desktop computers (not flat screens).

Ulster Championship 2017”
First impression nice place. Staff where pleasant etc and room was nice and clean with extra bed Laid out for our daughter. The issue began when we went for a bite to eat. We had card but needed cash also. ATM out of service the whole time we where there. Paid by card asked for cash back. Don't offer this whilst knowing the ATM was down is ridiculous in my eyes. Got up next morning looking for breakfast still ATM down no surprise went to reception to be told my the man I used it 5 mins ago and to wait 10 minutes. Whilst my partner and daughter stood in a queue upstairs for the Ulsters. Still no joy and made to stand like a test for 10 minutes thinking he knew better as he worked there. Mother in law landed who had money but wasn't staying up the night before for the Ulsters had money which we could borrow to pay into the event. Simply put offer cash back and have nicer staff (Men) and couldn't fault the other gender on this occasion not that I wanted to in the first place. Sort it out.

You should drive yourself or ride a taxi otherwise you gonna have a crazy walk to a nearest bus stop 1.3 km from hotel. Few officers are not as polite as other crown plaza, anyway the room is good and clean

No conocían Agoda y al ver una dirección de Singapur me dijeron que era un fraude 🙄 Luego confundieron Giant Ring (que está a media hora caminando desde el hotel), con Giant's Causeway (que está a dos horas conduciendo). El último día no me pudieron hacer factura porque no les funcionaban las impresoras. Si a eso le añadimos que el Conserje nunca estaba y su mesa siempre estaba vacía, el resultado es un pésimo Front Desk que contrasta con el buen hacer del personal de restauración y limpieza.

Vi var meget tilfredse med receptionspersonalet - de var helt fantastiske. Vi har en sag med Agoda - de vil ikke betale en overnatning tilbage. Her var hotellet helt fint - de ville gerne annulere men Agoda sagde nej - SÅ DÅRLIGT! -
