Perfect Location and Great Dining”
It's a great Hotel with a great location, the Shuttle Hotel Hoppa Buses run overnight and also early in the morning. We just stayed there for a few hours but were impressed by the sheer size of the Hotel and the luxury of the Hoel Rooms. We got a great deal via Agoda so ours was a super cheap stay. The Eriki Indian Restaurant is great and truly world class Indian cuisine. We would stay here in our next Heathrow Flight.

Good Hotel - easy to commute to London”
Good hotel, good restaurants. Great place to stay if plans are unclear and you need to make an escape from London quickly. The hotel is reasonably priced and the Heathrow Express is an easy trip to meetings in London and then return and catch your flight. The staff are excellent and are very flexible with check out to allow for flight/meeting changes. Have stayed here a number of times and am starting to prefer it to staying in central London.

Convenient location”
This hotel is conveniently located near Heathrow. It has plenty of restaurants and bars so that you don't have to travel far. The Hoppa bus goes there every 15 minutes, so, it is easy to get there and back to the airport. If you need different places to eat there are pubs and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Hopp have increased their fares in June. A a couple, we have found it cheaper and much more convenient to book an Uber since it picks you up and delivers you to your terminal without going round the houses (i.e. all other terminals).

Convenient and comfortable”
Really friendly and helpful staff, a spacious room with very comfortable bed. Breakfast limited but good, and the staff are extremely helpful with bags, arranging transport etc. conveniently situated close to Heathrow for late arrivals and early departures.

Great place to stay for stop over ”
This Hotel is perfectly situated close to Heathrow Airport but far enough away from airport traffic and noise. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Room was clean compelte with kettle, tea,coffe etc. Breakfast was amazing and staff helpful. Tip:- If there is more than one person travelling to the airport use a driver arranged by the Hotel and not the shuttle bus. Only $2 pound more but easier and more convenient.

Nice place to stay before a long haul flight ”
We stayed here before our 14 hour flight back to the Philippines. It was great! Restaurants were good too. Beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly. We weren't able to use the pool and the gym but those are added bonus to a relaxing stay. Very good choice near Heathrow.

Business Propose Hotel”
This hotel is near the London Heathrow Airport. Very easy to transport from London Heathoow Airport. You can travel from Airport by bus, it is only 1 bus stop. But you have to walk from bus stop to hotel arount 250 metres. If you hire a car, it also convenience to park the car at the hotel carpark. The hotel staffs are also helpful. Everything is good as you can expect.

The hotel is well located for access to the airport. Clean and confortable rooms. Great pool. Friendly snd attentive staff. The meals are good quality, but unless you have negotiated a good deal first, you may find them eye wateringly expensive. The same goes for overnight parking and /or shuttle buses to/from the airport.

Everything pleasant and orderly”
Outside, CP Heathrow is very ordinary, even disappointing at first sighting in the chilly mist. Once inside, it was very, very nice from reception to departure. Staff, particularly in restaurant, were exceptionally good....

Comfortable and simple”
Hotel is a standard business hotel with decent restaurants downstairs. Staff were friendly and the Heathrow Express made it easy to transfer to the hotel. Will be staying there again and will test its ability to handle and early arrival.

Very good”
Hotel was clean and had everything you need. I thought they may have splashed out on two completely bottles of water instead of the one and there was two of us staying in the room. But that’s ok because we made use of the over priced bar where a cocktail and a g + t will set you back £22. The breakfast was good though so that made up for it. Would stay again.

Exceptional”
Everything was fine. Had a long lay over in UK from West Africa. Was not feeling well and had to get to the room to rest. Room was far away, 1393 at the END OF THE HALL. For a 8 hour stay next time I will ask to be closer to the front hall as I had large luggage which did not roll to well on the carpet. No SECURITY lock on the door either it was broken and not there. HOWEVER, I was so tired and not feeling well I just needed to rest. Room was nice and clean and bedding was very comfortable.

Not a good option”
Pros: not expensive. Short distance bus ride to Heathrow airport. They supply daily bottle water. Cons: very bad location. You have to take an antibiotic expensive bus ride to get to the hotel. Very inconvenience to get into London. Staff do not answer calls. Pillows are too old and hurt my neck.

Near but not near airport.”
I booked the room with a friend for our last night in London to prepare for the early flight back. It was indicated to be near the airport so we were happy at first.. until we realised that it was a walk away from the bus station and the shuttle provided (chargeable) does not follow the stated timings. We checked out before the stated arrival time and was told to wait outside the hotel for about another 5 mins for the shuttle. More than 10 mins went past and we still didn't see the shuttle. Worried that we'll miss the check in timing, we went to ask the staff of the hotel again - only to be told that the shuttle "probably left" and that there's nth they could do about it. I would assume (and I hope it's reasonable enough) that if the hotel decided to provide information for the shuttle, at least make sure that the shuttle adheres to the timing.

Comfortable stay, let down by service”
The room, the location, the hotel was really pleasant and provided a good resting point before the long haul back to Australia, The issues where around the service. We had organised a wake up call for day 2, the first night was an opportunity to rest and sleep in after a hectic 2 week UK visit with friends and family, I was very specific of the date for the early morning wake up, yet we received the 4:30am wake up call a day early, bang went our sleep in, then to top it off, after checking with reception, we only received our wake up call on the morning we needed it, after we had commented on their Facebook page. After several attempts at room service, our daughter gave up and when she complained she was offered a bottle of water to make it right, very poor form.

Lovely staff and great pool”
Nice modern hotel with comfortable rooms and beds. Very nice staff. Lovely pool open at 6 am in morning which I really appreciated. Location convenient for airport but as a result surrounded by very busy roads. Be aware that if you bring a car you have to pay £16 a day for car parking. .

One Night After a 13 Hour Flight”
Arrived very tired, got some sleep and then headed south to join family for Christmas. This hotel was fine for a shower and a night's sleep, but was a bit shabby and tired. Would probably not stay there again given all the other options at Heathrow.

it was really easy and accessible for an early flight, lots of help at reception for printing my itinerary. the concierge helped with the bus to the airport. Breakfast was great, staff were lovely and the room was quiet and comfortable
