I stay at this Crowne Plaza frequently on business trips. It's in a great location, near plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops with easy access to transit and the rest of the London. The rooms are simple, but very modern and well maintained (a touch on the small side if you're used to American hotels). The price is steep for breakfast, but the food is decent. There's a gym and pool in the basement that isn't very crowded in the morning. Overall, this is a perfect hotel for a business traveler.

This is the second time I stay at Crown Plaza London Kings Cross. Good location with good transport links. Quiet surrounding area at night. If not breakfast in the hotel you have to walk about 5 minutes to reach the nearest coffee shop.

big hotel, big room - but cold”
the hotel was conveniently close to the location i needed. prices are, well, for london, okay. the hotel is very big, still, there wasn't disturbingly crowded at any time. checkin and checkout were quick. they can store your luggage if you arrive early (as i did) or leave with the evening flight (as i did). didn't try breakfast nor any other food in the hotel, but you get the beer in the bar from a very friendly bartender. (why does this site force that i rate the food? i've no idea) the hotel room was on the corner of the building, two walls facing the cold london february. inside it was cold too, the central airco could cool but not heat. cold is too subjective, it was around 20 degrees. didn't try the health centre.

It was a pleasant 4days stay. The staff are accomodating and helpful. It was my first time to travel to london and they were kind enough to show me directions on how to get to my destinations. The room i stayed in was quite lovely and cleaned, and your belongigs are safe even when you go out to shop, they would clean your room, make your bed but leave your things untouch. The location of the hotel is accesible with all the transportation services in london and the location is in a safe environment. I would gladly recommend this hotel to my friends who would be travelling to london, and i would stay here again when i get the chance to visit london again

Booked for one night as we were going to the Theatre. About 15minutes walk from Kings Cross Station might take a bit longer if you had cases and the payment on the way isn’t the best. When we checked in we were asked if we would like a room with a bath or a shower which l thought was a nice touch. We asked for a bath but there was also a shower. Had a couple of drinks in the Hotel bar Bloom very pleasant. Comfortable bed and nice pillows. Many Thanks for aa enjoyable stay

Located near King's Cross Station”
Hotel is 5 mins (by cab/taxi) away to/from King's Cross Station. There are 3 convenience stores to get all snacks and drinks. There are also a couple of bars and cafe to keep your tummy loaded esp at night :) overall, hotel location is great! A couple of downside, we are 2 adults with 1 child (11 yrs old). On check-in, we have to call for additional bath towel and reques for sleepers. Only 1 complimentary bottled water per day unlike other hotels we stayed, they provide based on the # of guests. Anyway not an issue as we can get water from the convience stores nearby. Loud noises at the corridor and get disturbed at night with the loud banging of hotel doors (it could be due to guests who does not know how to quietly close their room doors). Staff are friendly, warm and accomodating 👍🏻 Overall experience for 2 nights is good 😊😇

The room was definitely larger and nicer than in the ad and with everything you would expect fron crown plaza. However the lobby is quite small like one of the budget hotels. The location is a bit away from major sites. The tavern across the street was quite good.

Cosy stay”
Hotel is approx 10mins by cab from King’s Cross station The rooms were spacious and comfy. Nice amenties and comfy beds. Would definitely stay again!! The only down side is the lack of shower screen, hence wetting the toilet floors and we had to stand in an awkward position to avoid splashing. What makes it more irony is that when you shower, there’s a sign that say “it’s the small thing that’s makes a big difference”. So ya, a small shower screen would have made a big difference! 🤣

Still a good place to stay”
We stayed the 2nd time after out 2 nights in Edinburgh. 1st stay between 6-9May, left a review already. 2nd stay between 11-15 May, review as below: 1. Have to call everyday to give extra bath towel since we are a family of 3, eventhough I already highlighted when I checked-in about the same issue during our 1st stay 2. Have to request extra bottle of water. They still give us 1 complimentary bottle and i have to buy bottles of water at the nearby convenience store 3. Their system was down since 11-May. Not sure why coz they nvr shared with their guests, hope they get it up so they can service the customers better 4. Housekeepers on 2 occassions didn't wash the cups and teaspoons we used, and the garbage at the bin still intact when we get back. Guess different housekeepers per floor Location is still great, however the hotel needs to improve. Booking already mentioned how many pax are staying, they shld atleast ensure that this has been noted and relayed to the housekeepers.

not that close to Kings Cross station”
I booked this hotel thinking that we could get to the hotel on foot with our large luggage, we did but it was quite a long walk (around 10 minutes, it was a nice walk if we didn't have to carry so much stuff with us). The easiest way is to take the #63 bus after you exit Kings Cross station. The room was clean and not too small. There's no free wifi even in the lobby which I think is a bummer.

Good hotel, everything you expect from a Holiday Inn - modern large room, clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast.Parking is down the road at a multi storey car park. The hotel is a short bus ride from St. Pauls Cathedral.

We very surprised, the rooms were all fully refurbished and finished to a high standard. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was also included in our room rate and there was every everything you could wish for. The whole experience exceeded our expectations . The location was also very good and only a 15 minute walk from St Pancras station. We will certainly be back.

Staff vey helpful. Location is good. Very dry air in the room. Refurbishment going on... no info at the time of booking. Breakfast could be better..... No tomato, lettuce, cucumber, peppers, or fried eggs. No cereals, musli or oatmeal..
