Loved it. Comfy room. Great brekkie. Only downside is I asked for an early check in and had to wait 2.5 hrs. Reception staff said they would let me know when it was available. They didn’t bi should have been more assertive. We did get a free drinks voucher though. All in all , a great experience.

the service was good, really near from vitoria station (5 mins walk) so if you need to travel to other cities really helpfull, but to manchaster picadelly it takes 13 mins. breakfast menu was good

Pros: Located in city center and near bus station. Staff helpful and friendly. Room is quiet, spacious and very clean. Small Gym available with treadmill and elliptical machine Cons: no air conditioning- so can be warm in the afternoons in September. Bed is soft. Bad for my back

Club room is amazing ”
Nice hotel..Room on the smaller size but we were only there overnight. Checked in and went to the club room for snacks and drinks. It was plentiful! The free breakfast was a buffet and there was a lot to choose from. The front desk was great booking a taxi for us to the airport. Not sure about location as we didn’t leave the hotel to look around. I’d go back!

Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre”
We are very happy to chose this hotel for our first timer visit Manchester City. The hotel location and breakfast are excellent. The staff are very helpful and very convenient for shopping ( Arnsdale Mall is just next door). Public transport is excellent and actually right in front of the hotel lobby is the taxi and bus stand! Most importantly, my twins were very happy since the great MUFC stadium is just 20 min away and MCFC about 10 min from the hotel. Excellent..Excellent..Excellent. A 5 star service for 3 star price. Very modern hotel...lovely interior”
The stay was great. Location was really central to everything. Shopping centre was 10 mins walk away with cinema just opposite the centre. Trams and buses stop were opposite the hotel. Glad to have chosen this hotel. It's was only 15 mins walk from Manchester Piccadilly station and had everything you need only a few minutes away.

We where 3 adults in this Hotel,Was very clean with friendly stuff.it was closed to all elementrys and Manchester Football Ground was very closed to the Hotel.The Best of what i like it was the Breakfast super delicous with lot of food and fruit to choose from. Booked this hotel for two nights, its walking distance to both Victoria and Picaddily stations, Victoria being just down the hill, you can also get the free shuttle bus from Picaddily to the shudhill area where the hotel is based, this hotel is so nice, rooms are massive, spotless and well equipped with complimentary toiletries , slippers and robes, there was also a safe And ironing facilities in the wardrobe, the Arndale Centre, print works area with loads of eateries and the Arena are all 10-15min walk from hotel . Staff were very pleasant and room cleaned daily , lovely hotel with great view of the city from eighth floor, would definitely recommend if not on a budget

Very decent standard from Crowne Plaza, a chain I usually use when travelling on business. This is the first time I have stayed as a leisure guest but I found it to be comfortable and personable whilst still maintaining that kind of corporate anonymity that many business travellers seem to engage with. Efficient and good natured reception and concierge staff made this seem a little less corporate than the usual.

Had an excellent stay, nothing special for the Crowne plaza, as this I would expect from the brand. Friendly staff helpful at all times, and have attention for details! A great breakfast buffet to start the day and the Starbucks coffee they serve the perfect match! Will comeback on my next travel.

Great location, in need of some renovation”
This hotel has an a very convenient location, close to the centre as well as the increasingly cool Northern Quarter. Rooms are small and dark and starting to show their age, I have stayed here many times before and this time in particular the room had a small window and inadequate lighting. The ladies at reception have always been super friendly and helpful. I’d consider staying here again for the location, but with the addition of great hotels recently in Manchester like the Dakota, I may start going elsewhere.

It was a very pleasant stay. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel staff are very helpful with travel tips and any help you need to get around the city. The hotel is located very near to the shopping street and there are eateries around which you could order in if you dont want to order room service at the hotel.
