Overall is a great place to stay..just 3 minutes walk to the town centre. However, the wall was so thin...like we heard everything from the room beside us or even people walking outside all the time.

Crowne plaza birthday treat”
We come to the crowne plaza every year for a birthday break and the staff are always very help. Nothing is too much trouble .spotlessly clean and the facilities are great..restaurant food is Good quality and very reasonable..

Lovely hotel and very central. The staff are all so friendly which helps to make the stay a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Breakfast is spot on. My only issue is with the cost per night. It should be a third less than what it is. I expect to pay the same prices for London, Paris or Rome, but not Nottingham albeit it is a wonderful city. But, because central hotel also have high prices you generally have not choice to pay if you want to be central. In conclusion though, I would for certain return to the hotel in the future if the need arises.

Central Location”
The Crowne Plaza Hotel Nottingham offers ok service. The hotel is conveniently located pretty central to Nottingham. Room is OK - has everything that you would want and expect but the decor is looking a bit tired and certainly not what I would call a large room. Only issue I had was car parking whereby I was charges £12 fr parking my car for 14 hrs - this was the discounted rate for residents of the hotel!

This is a friendly hotel, set in a good location for the Theaters/arena. Staff are helpful, nothing was too much bother for them. If you are looking for a clean (but small)room then look no further. There is car parking attached to the hotel, which is a bonus in a large city. Hotel facilities are well maintained and well run.

comfortable,excellent value for money. I presented the Agoda pre-paid voucher at check-in but my credit card was charged for the stay after checking out. I had to make a trip back to the hotel to ask them to reverse the charges.

Faceless and impersonal”
We called Reception 3 times to ask about getting another cup as there was only 1. Nobody answered the phone. That’s never happened to me in a big 4 star hotel before. ( we managed to locate a housekeeping person Abigail who was . Hotel v big & impersonal. I only chose it because it had parking but had not realised it was £15 . Quite rapacious in my view & unnecessarily pricey

checked in, had a lovely cocktail, or three at the nice bar! we were pleasantly surprised with our superior room, had a large comfortable bed, with big fluffy pillows, a decent sized dressing area with fair lighting. clean bathroom, with a great power shower in the bath. so all in all, a good stay.
