Location ok, owner not responsive ”
The location is great, 10 minutes to ueno station on foot, easy to find with google map or GPS. Pocket Wi-Fi available during the stay. Kitchen so few cooking equipments (but fine for us since we did not cook). Shower room with plenty of liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. Room is extremely small, definitely not a 35m2. The worst experience in all trip in Japan is this apartment due to the lack of information on the check in, with varois reminders also via client service of Agoda, finally I got the details but quite late indeed after the normal check in time (we were lucky that that day we arrived back to Tokyo quite late), but imagine in case of arrival at 4 pm and still no info, hanging around with all luggages. This is unacceptable. All the rest, I could rate between excellent and good. Still recommend for the location

The location is very good!!!”
It’s a very nice location near the station and shopping spot in Ueno. The room is very tiny for 4 persons but it’s fine if you stay just only for sleep at night. And the host is very kind, he allowed us to keep our luggages at the apartment after check-out.

near Okachimachi station only walk maybe 5 min”
Near Okachimachi station, small room but fun if you go travel with friends has a little balcony too, like to stay in here but no they not give us a good instruction how to put a garbage. near 7 eleven and family mart.

The place is bit far from train station actually and the house is not that clean.The couch bed also is sooo uncomfortable at all,I hardly can sleep on it.Its a bit disappointing,however the host is ok..

Location wise is okay together with the free pocketwifi”
Pros: 1. the location is quite near the okachimachi station 2. There’s a near don quijote store and other not so expensive stores as well as uniqlo store 3. So many convenience store near the place 4. The owner is really approachable and she’s answering all our inquiries 5. There’s utensils that you can use like chopsticks, glass and so many tissues 6. Useful pocketwifi if you want to save more money for not renting a pocketwifi 7. You can drop off the luggage and tour within the area while waiting for your checkin time as well as you can borrow the pocketwifi 8. We asked if we can leave our luggage since our flight is at 8:30pm and the owner is really nice to let us leave it until 2:30pm 9. There’s elevator Cons: 1. Difficult to search as we got the checkin details on the day that we are already there to drop our luggage 2. Need to ensure the checkin details before looking the apartment as it is so difficult to ask it while using free wifi in a nearby store (its really cold out there) 3. Pocketwifi easily drained 4. The room is very small as well as the bathroom 5. We thought that they can accommodate 4 people, but to be honest only max of 3 people can accommodate it, luckily one of our colleague did not sleep there 6. No tv :( though we noticed it late 7. There’s somewhat a smell near the sink in the small kitchen

Location is nearby station and there are 7-11 and family mart nearby. A lot of eateries nearby as well. Walking distance to akihabara main street is about 25 minutes. We need to rely on the taxi to go to the location as the host gives me the name of another station and when check in google map, doesn't seems right.

We checked in around 3pm, cleaners are still there in the room still cleaning, they let us leave our luggages there then we came back after 1 hour where the room is ready and tidied up, thing is, remote control of the aircon is missing, i think it was accidentally brought by the previous guest, so we didn't get to use the aircon on the first night where the weather is humid at that night.. good thing, the host summer, bought a new remote control so we can use the aircon the following day.. Thank You. The place is quiet, easy to find, near subway and JR station, and safe. Washing machine is also provided you can do laundry here, theres also cooking equipments and stove, ref and a bath tub for warm bath after a tiring day exploring toyko. Also, near a market where you can buy cheap goods to bring home. Overall, its a good stay, except for the pocket wifi that is so slow we couldn't even use and rely on it for bookings and video call to family back home.. still, i can recommend this!

1、交通方便：附近有JR御徒町站、地鐵有新御徒町和仲御徒町站，稍微再走遠點就可以到上野廣小路和上野御徒町。可以依照自己行程選擇不同的搭乘，前往其他地方方便。 2、附近機能佳：住宿外有許多便利商店，JR御徒町站附近也有許多商店，像UNIQUO、多慶屋、大阪王將等。 3、住宿偏小，但設備齊全： （1）浴室很小一間。 （2）雖有簡易廚房，但空間狹窄與擔心油煙，覺得較不易真的用來煮東西吃。 （3）此次為三人住宿，一人睡在沙發椅上，三人住宿下空間很擁擠。 （4）可能是因為屬於homes類型，會有許有雜物放在衣櫃或床底下，顯得較不整潔。 （5）有電梯，不用搬運行李。 4、藉由agoda平台詢問房東事情，房東都會回應，只是還不太精熟感，像是寄來的住宿說明郵件，未打上合適的標題與內文，僅附件，非常容易遺漏。

除了房間小了一點(在東京應該也沒辦法)，其餘都ok!該有的設備應有盡有，最要推崇的是房東的效率!!有問必答且盡力滿足房客的需求~

房東是中國人，在溝通上對華人來說，是相對方便的。 民宿的設備該有的都有，只是浴室較為老舊。

ไม่สามารถเข้าพักได้ทั้ง 2 วัน (8 และ 9 เม.ย 2019) เนื่องจาก หาสถานที่ไม่เจอถึงพยายามรวมทั้งใช้บริการ taxi เพราะหายากมาก รวมทั้งไม่มีเบอรโทรศัพท์ ให้ติดต่อได้. เดินวนหา ยู่เป็นชั่วโมง จนต้องwalk-in เข้าไปอีกโรงแรมหนึ่ง เสียเงินไป 56,000 Yen ขอให้ Agoda แจ้งยกเลิกการจ่ายเงิน หรือขอเงินคืน 6,500 บาทด้วย
