Great Hostel! Almost Perfect!”
The hostel was modernly designed. The reception area, the common hang out-areas, the breakfast area, the corridors and the rooms were all nice in design and super clean. The tram stop is not even half a minute away, so easy to access from the center and from the airport. There's a Lidl at walking distance. The staff was amazingly helpful, cheerful and friendly. They switched us to a female-only dorm even if we booked a mixed room. They have a luggage room, so you can leave your stuff for a couple of hours to hang out freely after check out. They do the best they can not to turn down the request of the customers. Just to mention two little negative things, the cages to lock your baggage and personal belongings in the room was just provided under the bunk beds. The ones who use the regular beds cannot have them. Also, I think there is no kitchen to cook your own meal. Not sure because I did not ask for it, but did not see it either. The reception sells small pizzas for 6 Euros tho. :)

excellent stay in Germany ”
The room is not very spacious but is very clean and comfortable to sleep. Staff is great but hopefully they can hire more staff per shift to deal with the long queues sometimes. There is only one staff for one shift. will definitely stay again if i revisit Frankfurt

The best place to stay on a budget”
This might be the best place I ever stayed on a low budget. Brand new facilities, staff, cleanness, location, all perfect!

I didn’t realize how good it is until I stayed in another hostel in Frankfurt. a&o is very clean and newly renovated. I stayed very comfortably here but I then stayed in another hostel in the city center because a&o wasn’t in walking distance to downtown. However, a&o is much cleaner, safer, and nicer place to stay. I want to go back!!!

I stayed for one night so i don’t know. But basically i had a shared mixed room and only me and 1 guy(i am a girl) stayed in the room. It is pretty and clean. And the staff are kind. I gave 4 not 5 because they gave me a full room when i first came in and i had to wait long. But thats it

I stayed in this hostel for two nights, got a single room and bathroom by myself. Location is accessible by tram, it is a quiet lovely area. The staffs were friendly, they have a small indoor play area for kids, also suitable for family with kids to stay here. The kitchen was ok, some visitors didn’t clean the bench and sink properly after cooking but it is a shared kitchen, the cleanliness is still acceptable . the room and bathroom were clean, bedroom area was pretty small, after they combined two single beds in the main area, I couldn’t walk to the other side of the room. The bathroom was clean, however, there was no light in the shower area, they only have one light between the toilet and sink area, the shower area was a bit further away from the light. Overall, it was still a comfortable stay.

Was not a very good experience”
We stayed at A&O Venice and Salzburg before coming here, so we were expecting this place was as good as the previous. However, it was not a very good experience for us. Only 1 staff work on Friday night, there were system trouble and we could not checked in (it was 2300 at night). Because of the long queue, it was very stressful for her, however she tried her best to help us attentively. She couldn't give the access card (because of the system problem) so she helped using the master key. May be because she manually record our check in, something was overlooked and during the midnight, somebody open our door using the room card to enter! I recommend to add the door chain to enhance safety if anything like this will happen again.

i stayed with kids.feeling was good.my kids enjoyed. price was too good as compare to another hotels. location i am giving 4/5 breakfast could be improved with fresh crossiants. overall stay was good.no complaint

Staff is friendly during check in and check out. What i like most about is the room has built in bathrooms (so that you dont have to go out of the room). The place is also very clean. Location is a bit far from train station unless you take the tram.

Everything was more than expected considering the price. Only negative thing was the madras was stone hard, but I guess that’s personal preference 😊

Exceptionally clean. Slightly out of the city but it was easy enough by tram. Hostel would Benefit with a bigger kitchen as we all had to line up waiting to cook or wash.

The hostel was very clean, the room was well equipped and I liked the furniture and the design. The staff were friendly and helpful. It has all the basic facilities required by families with children and group/solo. I will definitely stay in it again.
