How can we forget, Best Hotel in Austria ever !”
Hello and good morning , We stayed on the Marriott HOTEL BONVOY on Sunday 05-01-2022, 2 Adults , and 1 Child. . How can we forget this name ,HOTEL BONVOY, as this is best hotel in Innsbruck! The staff at the front desk are excellent, and so is the price . e stayed with our child, aged 12 after returning from a sky holiday and honestly we are so happy we found this place! I will start from check in Manager/ Receptionist at the reception who gave us our room keys, all with the help of very nice , friendly and extremely professional ,explaining everything and going above our expectations, regarding the hotel facilities and showing us around the town on the Map .We all felt great from the start to the end ,straight from the beginning . At the reception was very helpful in directing us to nice restaurants in the old town , so we have great night out as well without having to search . We felt special from that point to the end. Beautiful renovated lobby with all expected amenities and services, Bar, restaurant, Wifi, ect, make us feel like home. The room offered was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed we have ever slept on with nice pillows and a bathroom with a very clean shower, toilet and sink. Before we went out dinning, one the guest in the hotel was very abusive towards the Manager/ Receptionist at the reception ( Which we thought was unnecessary as we would not have talked to our dog in that manner BTW !! so rude..) , and even , we felt that the response to the guest was also handled back in a very professional manner, even during this hard time.!! We found out on our room, a coffee machine, with proper cups available so we could have a coffee in your room, also a safe . Its really like they thought of everything to please your stay! We had breakfast in the morning, self service, with a wide variety of food and drink . We are so happy with our stay that actually, It was so sad to leave! Superb Hotel”
Best hotel in Innsbruck for us. We have 2 double beds room on 9th floor. Room is clean, well furnished, and very spacious for a family with 2 kids. The view from room is marvelous. Location is also great. Everything are within walking distance. The breakfast and staff are supe. Recommended!

Really enjoyed staying in this Hotel , very friendly and non racist staff , everyone has sweet smiling face and helpful , clean room ,clean towel, great location, great view . And yes ,I would recommend A/C hotel to everyone ! I woul give 5 star !

Great location and value gor money”
I had earlier booked a boutique hotel without breakfast in the heart of city center but cancelled it after I got AC Hotel at the same rate inclusive of breakfast and at a better location considering proximity to the train station. AC Hotel is just 5 min walk from train station and we could easily walk to the hotel with our bags. Check-in was quick and smooth. We were offered free Marriott Bonvoy membership which gave us free internet during our stay. Rooms have all the standard amenities like in-room safe, coffee machine, a work desk, large TV, etc. I liked the shower cubical especially because it comes with hot/cold mixer for water with easy temperature control. Breakfast spread is very good and vegetarians too should get some good options. Staff is very good, cooperative and helpful. During whole of our Europe trip we stayed at 4 different hotels and this is the only one which charged my credit card during checkout and not check-in.

Excellent hotel in Innsbruck”
We really enjoyed this hotel and found both Kevin at the front desk and Yousef at the breakfast buffet to be very helpful. They both went above and beyond to provide the finest in customer service. For these reasons we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Outstanding Overnight Experience”
Very spacious room and beds. Excellent amenities. Friendly staffs. Everything was sparkling clean. Nice interior design, from its lobby to the room. Just one thing that was a bit weird, the Wifi connection os only free to access when you're in the lobby area. But if you want to access Wifi in the room they will charge € 3. Isn't it should be the other way around? Since we were paying customers?

Room is clean, spacious and has a nice mountain view of Innsbruck. Location is also near to the old town. It’s perfect!

Solid choice in Innsbruck”
AC Hotel Innsbruck was as expected from a large hotel chain. The room we got was spacious with two big, comfortable beds. Bathrooms were roomy. Hotel amenities were just right, with really good coffee too. Location was accessible with the train station steps in one direction and the Old Town to the other. The staff were professional, pleasant, and informative. I did notice a bit of grime coming off in the bathroom from walking around the room in bare feet. Hopefully they get to check on cleaning more. We also asked for extra towels for a third person but didn't really receive them. What towels we did have in the room were serviceable for me, my husband, and our daughter, however.

Ideal location”
I was surprised of the spacious room & it was well-equipped with coffee machine & hot flask. The view is good as i can see the mountains. It's within walking distance to the city attractions. The only downside is no wifi in the room unless u r a member of the hotel group. Wifi is only available in the lobby.

Good place, but during Corona they should write on the booking page that Sauna and Spa is locked down. The rest was good, except of a rotting watermelon we spottet at the breakfast.

Convenient Location”
Hotel is located approximately 10min walk from the train station. i booked a standard room with mountain view however was given a room with a bit of side view of the mountain and mainly overlooking to the huge roof of the lower floor.

Location doesn’t near the attractions. You have to walk around 20minutes to the old town. No free wifi in the hotel. You have to pay for it. You also have to pay for parking.
