TERRIBLE! This hotel is a dump and should not even be listed on Agoda....”
This “hotel” is a dump! I wouldn’t even call it a hotel. It is just a collection of run down rooms in an old decrepit building without any amenities or even proper signage. Our room was dirty, with beat up furniture, stained carpets, torn curtains and a tiny dirty bathroom. The bed was broken down with an uncomfortable and heavily worn mattress. Trying to sleep on it reminded me of trying to sleep on an old broken couch. The staff was rude, argumentative, unhelpful, and unfriendly. We complained about problems and they didn’t care to be of any assistance. After waiting hours to check in waiting in a dirty and hot tiny lobby to check in (they had nowhere to store our luggage and refused multiple times to check to see if any room was available for us when we arrived) we had to get into a tiny, rickety, and unsafe elevator to go to our room. We were so upset we just used the stairs after that. The rooms have no A/C or ventilation of any kind, and no fans are available. I was terribly hot and uncomfortable, spending nights sweating in bed. The “hotel” is in an unsafe neighborhood with adult video stores and other undesirable businesses around it. We felt insecure. The hotel is on a very busy street, and the street noise was terrible all night, keeping us awake. When we asked to be moved away from the street noise, the staff argued with us about changing rooms, but they eventually moved us across the hallway. Unfortunately, on the back of the hotel is a very noisy restaurant that stays open until midnight! Our second room also had inadequate curtains that only partially covered the windows, so the light kept us awake after the noise from the restaurant stopped! Argh!!! Also, this hotel has no staff available after 11PM . If you have any problem after that time you are out of luck! It made us feel more unsafe and insecure that someone was not monitoring the hotel at night in this dangerous neighborhood, too. I would never stay in this hotel again and never stay in ANY

The room is spacious for 2 but old with no aircon or fan. So, if you come in summer, might not be a good choice. The alfresco outside is busy til 11PM with ppl smoking. Expect your room and clothes smells smokes.

We requested for a non-smoking room and when we got in, the room has this strong smokey smell. Had to endure it as we were only staying for a night (good thing). Reception was closed, no one was even there at the time of our checkin around 3ish in the afternoon. Had to call their hotline and instructions were not very clear. Cheap hotel, yes, but if you could find other hotels with almost the same price, please book that instead. PS The room feels creepy as well.

Arrived a bit late to check in and no one are at the counter…called the number and was told to come to another hotel…a bit surprise but the new hotel was very comfortable and cosy..the staffs are very nice and helpful..will surely come again if I visit Salzburg!

Not value for money and lack basic facilities”
The hotel had lift but of no use as the staff leave around 4pm after locking the elevator and reception area and we have to bring our luggage from 3rd floor via stairs. The hotel doesn’t have basic facility like kettle or hot water. The bed was uncomfortable and later we realised that it’s broken but no one was available to raise complaint. The location of hotel was fine

Bed bugs, dusty hotel, poor heater function”
There were bed bugs effect on my body even I just stay for a night. The hotel was very dusty, no bright light (the room is just very dimmed) with poor/ malfunction heater.

Было чисто, постель, полотенца и комната, отсутствовали некоторые детали на мебели (ручки), крючки у двери для курток были удалены, остался только след от них)) В целом для нескольких дней нормально, но могло быть и лучше. Из минусов, в день когда выезжали не знали где оставить от двери карточку, на рецепшене никого не было долго, просто человек не пришел на работу, мы ждали 1 час в номере, чтоб отдать карточку- ключь, потом мы нашли ящик внизу возле двери входной и увидели что там лежат эти карточки, плохо что никто не обьяснил этого сразу.

Im Notfall für eine Übernachtung akzeptabel”
Im Gegensatz zur freundlichen Vermittlerin war der Rezeptionist wenig hilfsbereit und recht unfreundlich. Eine Rechnung über die Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte konnte mir vorort nicht ausgehändigt werden. Zwischen 19:00 und 08:30 ist der Fahrstuhl abgeschaltet und wir mussten mehrmals zum Erreichen unseres Zimmers im 3. Stock die Treppe benutzen. Im engen Zimmer gibt es keine Stühle!

Leider war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt im Plaza Inn Salzburg City nicht zufrieden. Die Zimmer haben keine Gardinen und somit Blick auf die Nachbarzimmer. Im Innenhof gibt es ein Restaurant, welches am Abend sehr laut ist. Die Rezeption ist tagelang nicht besetzt, sodass man keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat. Auch der Aufzug wird ausgestellt, wenn die Rezeption unbesetzt ist, sodass man das Gepäck beim Check-Out alleine über das Treppenhaus transportieren muss. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lies ebenfalls zu wünsche übrig. So wurden beispielsweise im Badezimmer mehrere fremde Haare auf Oberflächen und den Handtüchern gefunden. Der Check-in war bei meiner Anreise auf Grund von Problemen mit dem House Keeping erst um 16 Uhr möglich. Eine Entschädigung hierfür wurde nicht angeboten.

Schon in vielen Hotels gewesen aber dieses war eine echte Zumutung. Frühstück gebucht und bezahlt, bei Anreise dann die Info "haben wir nicht". Keine Rückerstattung. Wärend des Aufenthalts wurde Hotelschild abgenommen. Weiterhin werden Zimmer angeboten. Sehr schmutzig und unbeholfener unhöflicher Personal. Sehr laute Zimmer, auch die nach hinten.
