Close to Osaka business district”
Located in the center of Osaka, this hotel is very close to Osaka business district as well as Osaka station and Kita restaurant / bar area. Convenient for both business and dining out.

Good business hotel”
Stayed in ANA Crowne Osaka for one week during a business trip (convention). Facilities are great, room size was typical for Japan (smallish), breakfast buffet was great with Chinese/Japanese/Korean/Western options. Many izakayas right next to hotel as it's located in office area.

ANA Crowne Plaza must have been something to behold 20-30 years ago, but it is in need of update and repair. We booked a king premium bedroom which was dated, with old carpet and peeling faux leather furniture. The hallway had dust balls. For the price we paid it was not worth it. Would not return

Perfect hotel”
Ssrvice was excellence, fast, and easy to contact via email for some personal request. Location was the best part and room was quite big for hotel in Japan.

Worst IHG member ever”
This is by far the worst experience of any IHG group hotel. The service is not up to the bare standard. The location is at the far end of Umeda, which is at least 10 minute walk to Umeda center. The only memorable experience is the benefit of the IGH one club. (where we don't even got to enjoy the Diamond Elite benefit at all)

Great hotel for business traveller”
Nice hotel with great Japanese standard. However location might not be ideal for holiday traveller as it is quite a distance away from tourist spots. But hotel is clean and spacious. Great options available for breakfast. Guest have the option to go for the standard international buffet spread or opt for the traditional Japanese breakfast in one of the hotel's Japanese restaurant. No shortage of dinner venue too as just outside the hotels are rows and rows of Japanese restaurants, serving excellent Japanese crusine. Family Mart is conveniently located just outside one of the side door.

Great hotel for business traveller”
Location is great if you are travelling for business. But quite a distance from popular tourist spots. Daily breakfast is good. Guest have the option for the standard international buffet breakfast at the ground floor, or go for the traditional Japanese breakfast at the Japanese restaurants. No shortage of dinner place as rows and rows of restaurants just outside hotel, serving mostly great Japanese crusine. Family Mart is convenient available just outside hotel too.

Nice Hotel”
We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the experience. The rooms were clean and hotel is well maintained. The location is more for grown up customers, though.

Good traditional business hotel”
Solid traditional business hotel. No free wifi in the room though. The room was exceptionally huge for Japanese standards. Despite the location which is a little inconvenient, there is free shuttle bus service from the Osaka station with every 30 mins interval. Do take note to queue early as there is limited seating on the bus, especially in the mornings. Nearest subway station is 7-10 mins walk away. Do be careful when indicating no of person when booking room. The price is indicative of per person, not per room.

Nice hotel with shuttle bus to railway station . The breakfast buffet was delicious . The rooms were a little small and bed was small and not comfortable. Peter and Tania Australia
