Just a place to sleep”

I wouldn’t say close to transportation is a Pro as almost every hotel in Tokyo is close to one form of subway or another. However this hotel had the worst WiFi as compared to the 4 other hotels I stayed at during my Japan visit. It only worked for a few minutes and signal kept dropping the remainder of the time. Also, this hotel is a bit difficult to find as it is in the same location to 2-3 other APA hotels and situated in an alley, so if you’re carrying heavy luggage with you, prepare for a lot of walking. After using their automatic checkout since no one was at the counter, I get an email from them saying they can’t find my card key even though I inserted it inside the auto-checkout machine. Lastly, the rooms are incredibly small, I had to pack/unpack next to the door.

You can borrow a plug converter. There's weight scale you available. Strict Check-in at 3 PM, when we arrived it was 2 PM, and it was raining outside. We have to go out in the rain to find somewhere we can sit and wait and come back to the hotel at 3 PM to check-in.

Good value”

Hotel is conveniently located. We took a direct mini bus from Tokyo Station which is only 100 yen. Room is very small that you can barely lay down and open your luggage. Many convenient stores and fast food restaurant nearby.

Small rooms but great hotel overall”

Location: Right on top of the Higashi-Nihombashi Metro station which makes it a very good place to stay when exploring Tokyo. A cafe on the ground floor and 2 convenience stores near-by make it an ideal place. The only thing I wished was a 24hr fast food place (like McDonald's) for late night hunger pangs. Staff: Cheerful and helpful staff. Wonderful people Facilities: Rooms full of amenities, microwave oven and vending machine on 2F, luggage storage, umbrella rental. among the appreciated ones. Rooms and toilets are exceptionally small and felt quite congested. Cleanliness: Perfectly clean. No issues. Value for money: I would say yes.

Didn’t have great experience ”

I am sure APA’s are great, but I felt really frustrated with my stay. For one, I choose hotels that also speak English. It was listed that at this hotel English is spoken. The girls at the desk are so sweet, but English is not spoken. It made it very difficult to do simple things and she had to use google translate to say anything to me. Quick things took 5x as long. I had questions that also could barely be answered. The room was kinda dirty. The bathroom mostly. I had a non smoking room but it smelled so bad of smoke through the vent. There was also so much dirt in the tub and in the bathroom. Dust all over mirror and things in main space. Just didn’t feel clean at all. Other than that location was good for train.

Suitable location for Haneda Airport.”

It very suitable for traveler use Haneda airport. No need change train. Just use Asakusa Line direct reach Higashi-nihombashi station. Exit B4 direct saw ur hotel. 7 eleven and 1 more mini mart next to hotel. Beside hotel got few restaurants very nice for dining.

Small yet Clean room ”

Pro, the room is completed with the toiletries and it is very clean. There is room service everyday. There is a family mart and some restaurants nearby. Big thanks to the counter service, as there is some problem with my Agoda booking payment for Osaka hotel so i seek for their help and they were happy to lend me their phone and made the call to Agoda as my phone no roaming in japan. Thanks for their help. Cons, the room is small which is expected in japan. Able to open one luggage and move freely. However, we cannot move it we open two luggages at the same time. But this is not a matter for me. Before leave the room, we have to close the luggage and stand the luggage in order for us to go out. There is Not enough hanger for us who having long stay here. There is only 4 hangers supplied. Location not too good as still need to change station for most of the tourist places.

Great location and good service”

The location of the hotel is superb, metro is just mins away and easy to travel from Narita airport and to many tourist attractions like Shinjuku, Asakusa and Tokyo tower. Room is clean and great service from staffs. A few nice restaurants nearby, e.g. grill bar and yakitori. There's also a supermarket just right around the corner!

Great location”

We stay here for 7 nights. Although the room was small, but we really enjoy our stay. No drinking bottle but drinkable water tap, as well as coffee and tea at the room. Great chain restaurant downstairs. Also in front of the hotel there's a train station with Asakusa Line, Shinjuku Line, and a JR Line. Many great restaurant and supermarket nearby which is very helpful for getting late night snack for my son. The staff was also nice and very helpful, easy check in and check out process, no fuss. Just make sure that you ask for a thicker pillow. Will stay again if I have a chance.

Convenient location”

Look for exit B4 if you do not have have luggages. This exit is right at the doorstep of the hotel. However, look for exit B1 if you would like to use the elevator. This exit is just right across the hotel.

It's a good place to stay”

It was raining when we arrived at 2 PM. Check-in time is 3 PM, we have 7 people and have to go out to find somewhere to wait until 3 PM. There is no lobby where it can fit 7 people.

No Twin Beds”

Don't expect big space rooms in Japan. Focus on the location and cleanliness in looking for your rooms. The nearest station is Hagashi-Nihombashi and Bakuroyokohama Station. All the staffs are nice and friendly. There is cafe beside it (Pronto Cafe). They don't have a common area where you can stay while you wait for your flight after check-out. Reception area is too small.

Easy to get here by train from Narita/Haneda Airport”

If you check the train schedule from Narita/Haneda for Narita Access Train, you can get to the hotel without transferring to other trains. The reception is small but they were quite fast in attending to our check-in and check-out needs. We had to leave our luggage and return to the hotel since we will be trekking Mt Fuji. They allowed luggage storage. It is on the same train line going to Shinjuku Station. It is very clean but I hope complimentary bottled water is available upon check-in.

Just 2 stops from tokyo station. Nearest exit is B4 but no escalator. Can choose the exit that has escalator opposite hotel. Have to cross the road. 7 11 n family nart just 1 min away. Several restaurants beaide hotel. Kettle, fridge and toiletries avail in the room. Fast check out just drop key in check out machine. -VE : the pillow is like 2 inches only. Super flat. Roim is small but expected. Overall good experience.

Value for money”

Good price for the location - several train stations within walking distance. Check out process was quick as all you have to do is drop your cards into the check out box. Lacking a bit of unique flavor but otherwise a great hotel.

Strategically located - accessibility to the train station. For tourist like us, we like the ambiance of the area- business district - not much activity during the night at a time when we are resting after a full-day of tours. But has its own attraction such as specialty shops, restaurants and convenience stores.

Great place to stay in Tokyo”

Great place to stay in Tokyo. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows. The staff are very helpful at the desk and it is very close to restaurants especially across pedestrian crossing there are two that are excellent. Close to higashi-nihombashi station and 10 minute walk to Jr. Line Bakrocho. There is an elevator down to higashi-nihombashi and an underground walkway that will take you to the west end of the Bakrocho station so you can get an elevator to the JR platform which is two stations away from Tokyo station and if you catching the Narita express all you have to do is walk across the platform and wait for the train. The only thing I didn't like was the smoke wafting from the smoking floors under the door.
