Convenience like no other”
This was the most convenient booking I've made. Literally only a few minutes away from multiple subway stations and the staff is available and accommodating any time. Convenience stores within short walking distance in case you need anything, and conveniently situated for travel around Tokyo. The facilities were clean and my items were secure throughout my stay.

Clean room with comfy bed; great location yet a quite neighborhood, easy to get around by metro or walking, lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. A nice stay overall.

The hotel amenities are good, comfy bed (though maybe something can be done about the pilllow 😅) Location wise, its just average. True enough, very close to the subway station (Hibiya & Asakusa Line) which is good if you are exploring Akihabara, Asakusa, Ueno, Ginza and etc, but quite difficult to go to Harajuku/Shinjuku or Shibuya which I think both are more accessible via JR line. The hotel staffs are helpful and courteous. Despite the average location, I’m happy during my stay.

Hotel is as usual small but very clean. It is absolutely value for money and I was happy with the convenient location. Recommended for budget travellers who only need a room to sleep. Anyways who stays in hotel when in Tokyo?!

Being Japan, it is known where accommodations are at the more expensive range. But APA hotel Ningyocho was value for money at its best. Amazing staff, fast check in system, Great location and super duper clean.

The room was pretty small for couple/family with a young kid but it is comfortable, the check out time is good 11.00. The price is decent for me, some hotels actually offer a better price in Tokyo especially around Ueno and Asakusa but with a bit more walks.

Wonderful stay in Tokyo”
The hotel is located close to Ningyocho subway station, from which you can easily reach every major attraction in Tokyo. We always walked to Ginza at night for dinner, takes about 30 minutes. The hotel is nice, clean, staff was nice, especially the cleaning ladies. Room is very small though, we barely fit inside with the luggages, but offers a nice bathroom, a very soft bed (strange but I liked it eventually), complimentary toiletries and water and so on. The only cons is that you are far from action, if you want to party this hotel is not for you. Overall a great hotel though and for a fair price, I would stay there again

Good location for our itinerary. Staff is kind and helpful. Cn communicate well in basic english. It helps if u learn abit of japanese the basics at least. The room is very small but it is by japanese standard. (Im a big guy). We stayed for 8 nights so its quite long and we need to do laundry. There is self laundry machine available for a fee but its very dirty with the clothes dust after wash though.

Great value for money, good location but the tower is without a roof so the corridors inside the building are extremely cold outside summer.

the hotel is over-booked for the first night and dont have enough rooms for us. also the room is too warm and the air conditioner won't work cause its central-controlled. mini-fridge won't work either.

This hotel first of all is very great. One of the downside though is it never get cheap or they have few deals here in Agoda. They rarely get cheap. I was a little disappointed and embarrassed because I thought I booked with breakfast but after going to the restaurant, we had to pay it. :-( The air-conditioner’s heating and cooling also is fixed. So if you came here during winter, it’s in heating mode and cooling mode in summer. My friend and I went to a lot of walking so we went back to our hotel sweaty and a little exhausted despite the cold weather but unfortunately, we cannot change the it from heating to cooling (even for just a few minutes just to make ourselves relaxed) so we are forced to our (very hard to) open our window. We checked-in in a non-smoking room but luckily, the other bigger family mart nearby have a good smoking area so the location is the nice point of this hotel (I didn’t bother to ask where the smoking area is after finding a bigger smoking area nearby)There’s not just one but two family marts and it’s near to good coffee shops, Chinese and Japanese restaurants.

For the first time APA had let me down with their poor facilities, two things that I cannot accept is the bed is awful and the water tap is broken.
