Great hotel in the middle of Tokyo with excellent location and friendly staffs”
This hotel indeed surpasses my expectation. First and foremost, the location is fantastic. Situated in the middle of a government complex, the hotel is surrounded by 4 subway stations within 5 minutes of walking. Hotel breakfast is amazing. The rooms are small for 2 persons however, it shouldn't be a problem if you are travelling solo. The room facilities are amazing. The housekeeping made sure the room is neat and tidy when you return at the end of the day. There is an onsen (hot bath) located at the 17th floor of the hotel with separate baths for men and women. Your TV in the room will tell you if the onsen is vacant or fully occupied. There is also coin laundry and dryer available on the Ground floor. Last but not least, the friendliness and warmth of the staff is very much appreciated. Most of the staffs understand English and they will try their very best to accommodate your needs. Overall, I am very happy with my stay here. Most definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tokyo.

Perfect for Solo Business Traveler”
The room is just as nice as the higher quality version of the APA hotels in Japan. The bed is lifted so there's space for the luggage underneath. This one has a good size fridge as well, so that's nice. However, the wall is pretty thin here. I can hear my neighbor open/close the door (or when he/she lost balance and slammed on the wall). That's kind of the downside of the place. Other than that, APA is exactly what I was looking for for the trip. Another thing I hope to be different is the breakfast buffet menu. It's the same things for days, and honestly by day 2, I was ready for something else. Might be good to simply get breakfast materials from convenience stores instead.

Wonderful hotel”
Quiet, clean, and comfortable. This hotel was amazing. They provided all the bathroom necessities for traveling including washcloth, razor, and hair ties in the room. The bed was comfortable and we never heard any traffic outside. The room was small but it was perfect for 2 travelers who were out all day sight seeing in the heat and just wanted to come back shower and rest in an air conditioned room.

Wonderful breakfast and hot bath”
Greatly located with 2 subway entrances available, even 3 if you walk a little bit, you can access every part of Tokyo very easily. Very clean hotel, rooms are a little bit small, but ok, we are in Japan standards, and we just use it to sleep. Breakfast is wonderful, the best I ever had, it has a very qualitative selection of local and western food, we enjoyed a great breakfast every morning, so that we had a light lunch and a good dinner. The hot bath is great, not crowded, and with a crowd indicator in your room. The staff is very nice and available on request. The common areas are a bit cold and dark as it is in the open air, but it's ok. There is a very nice overview on the top, at the level of the hot bath. A place to return when I would go back to Tokyo, best value for money.

Well, it’s new and therefore nice.... it is super small too (room).... common areas are functional.... hotel offers convenience and have laundry and vending machines available.... spa was nice....it was easy to get to.... staff was good and attentive.... location is convenient... would stay there again

Our flight was cancelled and our stay was shortened. APA staff contacted Agoda about the change in our stay without being asked to. I will recommend APA hotels for those who are particular with superior services. Superb location , very near the subway station.

Nice hotel . Good air conditioning, comfortable room, good bathroom. As usual with Tokyo, it is quite small, but storage space under the bed.

New hotel, close to a metro”
Pros: Metro is in the building next door. We used the Ginza line the most. There are 3 or so lines nearby. Limousine Bus to NRT was in the hotel next door, cost is 3200 yen. Very convenient when you have two luggages and a carry on. Coco curry house is around the corner, very delicious! 7-11 is in the building next door, underground, but closes at 11pm Cons: Room is small, there are no drawers to unpack your clothes. But they have space to put your luggage underneath the bed Other 7-11 and family mart around 5 mins walk. Major sites around Tokyo are around 20-35 mins by subway. Other than that it was a good location and lovely hotel.

when we entered to check in, one receptionist in front desk spoke mandarin to us, please understand not all asians speak mandarin and especially HongKongers , this is very offensive to speak Mandarin because we are not from China. Only this point feel a bit offensive , otherwise location is great.

Found out that Akasaka can be a very well connected hub to many parts of Tokyo since it's very central and has different metro lines running through. This hotel was very close to the metro station and not far from amenities in Akasaka. The restaurant scene around it tends to be a bit upscale and it's only facing the government buildings, so you need to walk a little bit towards Akasaka center or take the metro for more choices. Nonetheless the hotel was one of the best APA I stayed in. On a remark, I cannot ignore the ultra-nationalist booklets and leaflets left by the Hotel Chain CEO in every room. The content of these books is highly questionable, and full with pictures of the founder, often in tacky attire, to complement that. The nationalist material cast a very bad image over Japan and the hotel chain. If you can get over this part, it's a good hotel per se. If you are concerned about who are you giving your money to, you might consider other options.

The entrance and lobby was very over the top and as young travellers we felt a bit out of place! Nice small but clean room with lots of storage below the beds for suitcases. A few more pillows would’ve been great but the bed was comfortable. The lady’s spa was very nice although only used it once because it can get very busy. Super close to a subway stop. With the price we got on Agoda it was very good value for money.

New Hotel, small room but functionally complete”
Newly built hotel with plenty to offer. Rooms are small but designed with good space efficiency (e.g. bed were raised so that you can put your luggage underneath, fridge nicely nicely tucked under the desk etc.). It has a public hot bath on 17th floor. Car parking was somewhat on the expensive side (~3000 yen a night given there are plenty of other overnight options nearby for under 2000). Staff were professional and friendly. Multiple trousers press are available on each floor (from lift lobby) on self-service (bring to your room for use and return it afterwards). Overall a very functional hotel with good value for money in a very central location in Tokyo, if you don't mind the small rooms (it's Tokyo afterall).

Excellent hotel”
Really lovely hotel, quiet, our room was 726 and our view was of the temple, only item they didn't have was a hairdryer, the rooms are small but that is standard for Japan really, we were a traveling couple so this was lovely, I would pick this chain again when we continue our travel, if it is within our budget
