Stay here to shop at Westfield mall”
Chose Arcotel because it was near the metro station and the huge shopping mall, I wanted to shop alot in the last 2 days of my trip. Had some difficulty locating the hotel bcos it was combined with the shopping mall and the hotel entrance was somewhat obscured. Check in was a breeze. I stayed at Room 224 which unfortunately had no views. There was a smell in the room, but easily resolved with an air spray. Otherwise happy with the room cleanliness and its. features. Layout was unique as the shower area is fully exposed with see-through glass (so if you are travelling with friends it'll be awkward). No gym unfortunately. Really enjoyed the convenience of the shopping mall being so near bcos many dining options.

It's located near the ubahn and beside it is a shopping mall, so it's very convenient be going around Vienna. The staff are friendly and breakfast although some small variations but it's definitely good. Highly recommended.

taxi to the airport”
Hello everything was great, friendly staff and nice clean hotel But the things that i asked for taxi they send me someone they know he took more than the meter shows me also he did not drop me in the right gate, i talk another taxi to drop me to my right gate. other thing is great except dealing with this bad person i am sure they know him very well

Value for money hotel, clean room, comfort bed, modern design, good breakfast, inside a big shopping mall. Quiet rooms just few meters outside metro U1 stop (it goes direct to Stephansplatz in about 10-15min). 100% recommend it , nothing negative at all.

It is easy to get to the hotel by tram (about 20min from the central train station) and there are big shopping malls nearby. Hotel is self-check in, check out is convenient too. Breakfast selection is basic but with good quality.
