Clean, nice place to stay, with a huge variety of food and drinks for breakfast, which was a very nice surprise. There was only one thing we did not like, the walls are extremely thin, we could hear literally everything from next door, it was quite uncomfortable in the middle of the night.

Located in a quiet residential area in the city center. It is convenient when you use car. The surrounding scenery is excellent and there is a palace Schönbrunn Palace. It is a good place to stay in Vienna city center. It is a multi-layered structure room.

Nice and clean but far from the city”
The apartment hotel is wonderful having comfortable bed size, refrigerator, washroom with clean amenities but the only thing is that it is a bit far from the city and there are no possible restaurants in the vicinity.

Good value for money”
The room, bed and bathroom were clean. Furniture, toilet seat, rug and bathroom tiles are a bit worn out. Temperature swings in room, some food smell on the hallway and a litte in the room (through the air conditioning), had luck and got a room with a balcony. All in all great for the money we paid (53 euros) and you can tell the hotel was 4 stars but has since aged a bit. We enjoyed it, it was alright for an overnight in Vienna. The men receptionists were friendly, the lady receptionist could barely open her mouth, let alone smile. Not a good choice for interacting with the public. Also, overpriced breakfast buffet. We would, however, recommend it for a short stay, comfortable and clean.

The hotel was clean and comfy, although the location and lack of cooking utilities in the room was a little of a nuisance. It is good, but doesn't feel like 4 stars.

Pro: tv, Fluffy pillows Con: door to other room (wasn‘t even locked until we kindly asked them to, also in the evening other guests arrived at that other room and tried to open Said door into our room) Bed sheets were not applied perfectly.. Also staff wasn‘t wearing masks And they only gave us ONE key, which wasn‘t even a NFC

Parking not provided.. If u wanna park at hotel own parking u have to pay.. If u wanna park outside u have to find ur own self a ticket.. Not a friendly staff.. Not very helpful.

Presentation very different from reality”
The smell on the coridors and in the room was awful. The picures in their persentation doesn’t corespond to the reality. The coridor of the 4th floor looked and smelled like a crime scene.
