Great Hotel”
The room was large and the bed was comfortable and every amenity was provided for. The breakfast had lots of options and the restaurant served delicious food. It was convenient distance to the train station and walking distance to the old town and restaurants. A good place to stay. The only downside was it was hard to stop the shower spreading water on the bathroom floor.

This Hotel is very great location and very clean place. There is a close to mart inside a gas station and this mart close late. Also this Hotel is a kind of antique style but a beautiful place.

Great place to stay within short walk of railway station”
I chose the place due to being quite near to the railway station. Very hospitable staff and well appointed room which was more like a suite. It included bathroom with full size bathtub, private hall area and bedroom. Easy walk into town. There is a lift although one needs to negotiate stairs at the front entrance.

a bit difficult to take the luggage from the station to hotel but the hotel staff and facilities really nice. Good breakfast and very convenience to walk around the town.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The only negative was I wasn't aware the AC needed a key. It would have been nice if the reception person would have told me that the second key was for the AC. I probably should have asked but didn't think about it.

LOVELY”
We stayed only one night in Munich as a stopover but would absolutely book this hotel again. Location was perfect, we felt safe, and our room was perfect! Three beds, spacious, with a clean and comfortable bathroom. Views over the city, close to the Marienplatz and many restaurants. One of my favorite hotels in Europe!

I would like to leave a great review for Lasserhof for my stay last year. I’ve stayed there in SALZBURG which provides decent and clean lodging at very competitive prices! I have a deep impression of the hotel as it went the extra mile in returning my camera cap. Long story short, I assumed that it was a lost cause but it was found thereafter. Great compliments to Marco (hotel staff) who provided swift replies in his emails and even sent the item back to my home country at no extra charge! This portrays the excellent service that this hotel is willing to go! Kudos to the team and hope you can welcome us back soon! Stay safe and healthy!

Quiet air conditioned hotel near the main train station”
About a 5 minute walk from the main train station in a quiet area. Air conditioning was big plus. Some reviewers said they didn't have enough hot water, but we had plenty. The shower is small and water can get on the bathroom floor since there's no door; we put a towel down to catch the overspray. The staff were great as was the breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

When we arrived , the hotel reception had no intimation nor any details of our booking ”
Even after booking with premium rates and much in advance we faced issues of not getting a room of choice , we had booked superior sea view facing room, they gave us one but at the far end of the hotel where we could barely get a view of the sea as the trees and a building ahead of us caused obstruction, felt disappointed :((; kindly ensure the guests are given exactly what is on the App.; the front desk also did not have our booking details .. we were made to wait for almost an hour before they gave us a room , we had requested for a double bed and a single bed but they gave us 3 single beds ( joining two of them and making it look like double) , however we had no complaints with the staff of the hotel, they were all very good and kind and very helpful too; just the Room issue left us disappointed !
