A lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. Super breakfast,rooms with all essential items including DVD player,amazing shower & even a fridge!!! Hotel location is perfect with plenty of FREE parking & ideally situated for a 30mins street walk to bath or a 50 minute walk along the canal(SIMPLY STUNNING) Am DEFINITELY going again,just FABULOUS!!!!

Total luxury and relaxation ”
I had booked a lovely room as we were staying for my partner's birthday but was delighted to be told, when we checked in , that we had be upgraded to a suite. A lovely touch which we were very grateful for . The hotel is set in beautiful grounds . The actual hotel itself is exquisite...Everything is thought of . All the staff are so friendly . Our room was was totally divine ...a piece of heaven . Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and lovely staff. I would definitely recommend and will return.

Great romantic break”
I did a suprise romantic break for my wife and I. The staff were very accomodating and prepared the room with petals on the bed and chocolates. We had a lovely stay. The palace was.beaitofula and clean. The afternoon tea and breakfast was very nice. Definitely come again

A beautiful hotel with amazing staff, the rooms are light, large and airy. The bar restaurant however, was severley unstaffed (mainly in the kitchen) and we had to wait an hour just for the starters! The waitress was amazing and so polite and apologetic if it wasn't for her we would have been writing a letter of complaint

I stayed here last minute as my normal hotel I use was booked, but after this I will be staying here again, the staff were great the breakfast and meal i had in the bar both very good

Lovely hotel, staff were extremely helpful and polite, in fact the nicest staff I have come across when staying at many a different hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms and breakfast was also extremely good with plenty of choice

Birthday weekend”
My wife and I and our friends spent the weekend here to celebrate my 60th birthday. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were excellent and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens and within walking distance of the centre (approx 40 mins)

Good Atmosphere hotel ”
Good try for this non-Morden hotel, car park is available since it will be easier to access to town. Various breakfast choice, taste good! The only thing I want it to improve will be the bathroom, unless you take a bath, otherwise shower will wet half of the floor and the shower head can’t adjust the water pressure

We had a lovely one night stay which included a delicious traditional breakfast (other options were offered). We chose to have a meal at the hotel at their attractive restaurant Cloisters. It was a very tasty meal served very professionally with a good ambience within the dining room. Although our room was within the new building the room was extremely spacious and well presented. The staff were both friendly and helpful; we will return!!

Nice hotel with good facilities. Staff ok. Room not ready til 3 40 pm which is pretty poor considering the cost and the departing time is 11 am.
