Got a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes, the restroom looked like it got blasted by diarrhea and wasn't cleaned fully. Wall paint was peeling off. Breakfast is just boxes of cereal but no milk. Rarely answer calls so you gotta call at least 5 times before they answer.

The hotel is nothing like the pictures in the app. It’s extremely outdated & in terrible condition. The cleanliness was also a huge problem, smelled terrible.

This was the worst nastiest disgusting hotel it wasn’t clean our room had dirt all over the floor it had not been mopped there was blood on the sheets and the pillowcases the fixtures were falling out of the wall the mirror was ripped off the wall there was mold in the room there were spiders crawling around it was disgusting and the Website pictures are all BS this place is falling apart DONT RESERVE THIS HOTEL!!!!

Pictures on Internet showed nice outdoor pool. However, upon arrival it was not only empty but had rusted holes in the walls of the pool. Drawers were dirty. Old furniture. Needs a lot of upgrades.

this is the worst hotel I have ever been too full of bed bugs the rooms are disgusting the customer service is awful the pool is green there is no elevator. Save yourself the trouble dont come to this disgusting place

The staff came in the room . The place is very outdated and has jacks supporting the floors. The pool is broke and the bathroom doesn't work. The place is very dirty? Wouldn't stay again ,not worth the money. The place needs more work and maintenance

Very unclean”

The floors were not carpeted and were not mopped. Had to wash my feet again after walking across the floor 4 times. Bathroom smelled of urine. Outside of toilet bowl had urine drips. Apparently don’t use bleach on the laundry. Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The pool is not available. The space was very large and could be made into a very nice place if the owners cared enough to upgrade and keep clean. Only stayed because it was the last place available.

They had pictures of a nice pool, but their pool was closed and in disrepair. I reserved a two bed room, but was given a room with only one. The furniture was broken and covered with dust. There was dirt on the floor. There were holes in the wall with exposed wiring hanging out above the mirror, which hadn’t been cleaned either. And there were ants crawling on the floor. I refused to stay there.

I think they are remodeling the hotel. The room we had was updated. It will be nice when they get it all done. Even being close to the main strip it was quite. Wasn't a bad stay at all.

Not Clean At All!”

Walked in and I immediately noticed the room smelled musty, like urine, and it was humid from no air conditioner being on. Bathtub had “On” and “Off” and arrows written in sharpie on the wall above each spigot. We noticed that the only light on was a floor lamp right inside the door. Extremely dim in the room. No lighting or outlets beside the bed. Same debris on floor for several days. Left early. Not clean and would never stay here again!

This place is completely run down and filthy I would not recommend anyone to stay here plus our car got broken into in the parking lot the night before we left horrible experience I've never stayed in a place this bad

trash under the bed,not enough hot waterand way too much trash on the outside that needed to be hauled off. the rooms looked nice enough,but with trash on the outside. ust believe they could do a lot better job of keeping the place clean.

Expect to look a little ghetto from the outside, but the room inside is not too bad. However, when I first opened the room, the smell was like pee and the towels had some stain on it; one towel even has a hair on it. The blanket is very thin, no comforter. The bed is kinda hard and the pillow just gives my shoulder and neck aching after waking up. Don't expect much with the breakfast; it's just toast, waffle, and coffee. Worst complimentary breakfast ever. The staff is friendly and the location is pretty good though. I wish they could offer more than that.
